    The Magma Stone choice was actually pretty easy for me to make. I did what the Eldest wanted, which is also what the best way out of that kind of situation is. You have a hostage? I don't care and the hostage doesn't care, you're not negotiating with me. That being said, V8's split sounds really heavy. I'm guessing it could lead to a conflict within our group, or maybe endanger innocent people. When V6 came out I was kind of reluctant to start a new file because I don't usually like doing everything all over again. But when I did, playing through felt like a whole new experience. After that, I thought I wouldn't really have a reason to start over again, but V7 gave one when I missed the Weird Diary. And now with V8, I'll be playing from the beginning again for the new Terajuma. Aquamarine Cave sounds pretty, and better than what Jirakula Cavern was. Couldn't stand going through that place and it's why the Venam/Amber CD conflict is my least favorite part of the game. It felt like not having eaten for days and having food, but the food is a soggy peanut butter and jelly sandwich that's been in a bucket of dirty water and is being offered by a homeless man with a creepy expression who's pretty dirty (and possibly deranged) himself. It seems like Rejuvenation always has good reasons to play through it again.

    I just realized we don't even know what Team Xen is trying to do. We know they have the Dimensional Rifts and they have some plan involving Melia, but we don't know their overall goal.

    Oh. Maybe they think Sigmund is tricky and will have Meteor or the orderlies do something while they're distracted battling him (like how Sigmund used Thundershock on Laura)? The lacking fight response sounds plausible, but they did have their Pokemon out when reaching Sigmund at the orphanage (and Charlotte burned him with her cigarette).

    I think I'll be dropping out of nations. My sleeping schedule has gotten pretty erratic the past week. I haven't even really been sleeping, I just take around 4 or 5 3-4 hour naps throughout the day. Not really sure how long this'll last, but it could be an issue with scheduling matches in the future, seeing as I've repeatedly dozed off during conversations with people. Also while the challenges are creative and fun to watch people plan for, I'm not sure I have the mental energy to always keep track of and make sure I'm prepared for everything the opponents will throw at us. (case in point, my week 4 battle where Sigilyph destroyed me) Good luck to Gaia Nation in their future battles, and to all other nations too.

    V7's took about a week and a half, and I think V6's took around that too.

    I also had a really difficult time with Regice. Ironically the site I read for how to get the Regis said that Regice was the easiest of the 3 to capture (which know that I know they all have a catch rate of 3 can't be true). Zapdos also took a really long time, even with 1 HP and paralysis. Your dog was laying in food?

    Saki was last seen on Valor Mountain lifting up Sharon with that machine of hers. I think that's when Adam and Valarie were last seen too. Volta is the Electric leader. She's a news reporter currently in Grand Dream City investigating why people there are turning to stone.

    In Valor Mountain there's a Xen grunt whose speech before, during, and after battle is just "Apologize." Is this supposed to be a reference to something?

    I do everything (except catching shadow Beldum which I gave up on), and I'm kind of curious what's different in certain places if I hadn't done an optional quest. Karen for example. She shows up at Amber's party and in West Gearen near the train. Other than that, her involvement so far has been in help requests. Does she still show up in those two places if you never meet her through help requests? I do the help requests, so I don't know. And also when we get to the Elite 8, I wonder how she'll react to us if we haven't met her.

    The police in Reborn were disorganized and missing a lot of members. Whereas before we met Taka, we had already beaten one PULSE Tangrowth. So he probably thinks we have the best chance of stopping them.
