In a ROM hack called Pokemon Fuligin, you end up as a member of Team Rocket by being at the wrong place at the wrong time and do missions for them. Also in Pokemon Desolation which is made by a member here, there's a story split where you can side with the enemy team, although it's near the end of the current version.

I'm 95% sure we'll be getting Mega Lunatone and Solrock. For sun and moon based legendaries, I'm interested to see what they came up with. Cresselia is already the Lunar Pokemon, so hopefully the moon one isn't too similar and doesn't contradict Cresselia's existence.

I didn't expect this game to be impacted by a Gen 7 to begin with, since it emphasizes using an entire cast of new Pokemon (+Eevee and Ditto).

So they were real after all. If that picture with the building is part of the game, it looks like the graphics got more 3D from XY and ORAS . o . Based on name alone I'll probably get Moon, since I like moon-related aesthetics more than sun usually.

Easiest by default are the ones with no puzzles or just straightforward "beat all the trainers", so I'll just list the hardest. Kanto: The electronic locks reset! Johto: Clair. The last platform always takes me a while. I keep going back and forth in the same spots. Hoenn: Liza & Tate in RS. Sinnoh: Candice. I don't like sliding ice puzzles to begin with, but this one took me the longest out of all of them. Unova: None of them were difficult for me. Kalos: ^

I hope Dexter and Gallade can be friends again. I like the Reuniclus, though. It reminds me of a dream I had where I met a gummy bear with a top hat and cane on a train, and I was participating in a science experiment. The gummy bear said they'd need the big toe on my left foot, and his assistant came out with a container of water. He wrapped bandages around the toe, pulled it off of my foot easily, and put it in the water where it turned into a giant isopod. Also Dexter's style of clothing reminds me of Juan from Emerald.

For rivals, you forgot Amaria. For Xen, you forgot Neved and Eli & Sharon. I'd also say Madame X but you're expected to lose to her. For boss Pokemon, you forgot Groudon, Giratina, the Lunatone/Solrock fusion, and the K-9 gang. (also the Kecleon but again you're expected to lose) Hardest leader for me is usually Keta (living), but on my latest run Amber was the only one I had trouble with. Hardest rival for me is Nim. Hardest Xen: Zetta at the Zetta/Geara double battle Hardest boss Pokemon: Dimensional Rift Galvantula

That makes sense. If Kanto was in the process of reconstruction (and since they didn't have a Champion when Blue took the throne), they probably would value strength above everything else. I didn't really take into consideration the vacant position at the time and Blue and Red both setting new standards for the league.

TIL concern trolling is where someone claims to support a position but is worried about a specific factor. The purpose of concern trolling is to divide the actual supporters of the position or person.

About the Dark-type gym, there are Dark-type members of the Elite Four. I'm not sure if there's a specific reason why a Dark gym hasn't been used or if they just haven't made one yet, but I don't think the type a trainer uses would say anything bad about their behavior or tactics, and there was nothing shady about the three Dark-type E4 members we've seen. On the fighting strongly for a cause, most champions do help the player and have some involvement in trying to stop the enemy team, but Blue did nothing like that. He even showed up at Silph Co. while it was occupied by Team Rocket just to ambush you. He was arrogant and didn't seem to care about anything other than being the best. If it takes more than just beating the league to prove yourself, then I don't think Blue deserved the title of Champion.
