If Pokemon has taught me anything, it's that trying to tackle, punch, or kick a ghost won't do anything, but they don't handle being bitten very well. If Pokemon has taught me anything, it's that encyclopedias supposedly written by professionals often exaggerate and sometimes contradict each other (some of Slugma's entries say that it doesn't sleep, while Emerald's says it sleeps near magma). -
Yeah, you would've had to pass by the Kecleon shop on the way to the tree. You said you were where the girl with the Electivire was. East from there is a red carpet with a Kecleon, and further east is the tree where the Aipom hang out.
