You need to go to Goldenleaf. After going there (you don't have to do anything in the town, you just need to set foot there) she'll give you the Mareep when you talk to her.

IIRC, you didn't even get challenge or easy mode until post game and it didn't carry over to new files, so the only way to actually use it from the beginning was to have it sent to you by someone else which is impossible for someone like me who doesn't and can't do online or multiplayer stuff. Whatever the physical copy of the game by itself offers is all I can do. So no B2W2 keys, no trading, no Pokemon Bank, visiting Secret Bases, etc. Not that I wanted to make the game harder or easier, but it just seemed so dumb to me to not have it available from the beginning.

Last year I slid down a water slide probably at least 10-15 times and I had my phone and ipod on me, knowing that electronics + water = not good but for some reason not caring. Fortunately my phone was unharmed because it has the protective case. The volume buttons on my ipod don't work because of that though, so I have to adjust the volume on each individual video screen. -
Oh, ok. I thought it might've just been a bug with the current version. I'll keep going, then. I'll still get Psychic and I can just use TMs later for certain moves, so it's not a big deal.

idk if anyone has mentioned this yet, but my Meowstic is female but it's learning the male level up moves. Male Meowstic learns Charm at level 28 and Miracle Eye at level 31, while the female learns Charge Beam at 28 and Shadow Ball at 31. Mine tried to learn the first two instead of the last two. I don't know if it's an issue with version 4 or not since I just got my Espurr shortly after 4 was released. If it is, I'll have to go to version 3 and start a new file, since I prefer the offensive moveset to the supportive one and I was somehow dumb enough to save after it had reached level 31.

I just have my one file. Once the game is complete and I've done everything I want to do, I'll make a second file with a different team using Froakie as my starter.
