This happened in alpha testing too. Some control switches and variables used in events were changed in V11, so older files aren't able to continue with some events that they should be able to, because they have the older switches and variables activated which are no longer being used. I'm pretty sure those were fixed in alpha though, unless the uploading/storage sites didn't recognize the changes, which is something that's happened before more than once.

The one at Valor Mountain was moved to the part of Aquamarine Cave where the lighthouse is.

For unknown reasons, the patch number didn't update in the menu, so patch 3 still says patch 2.

The code to play as Ana is 9494. You're asked before the S.S. Oceana if you want to input any codes.

In the hotel there's a note that leads you to money (1500 IIRC); the tree you interacted with might've had the note. The money is in a chair in one of the rooms. If you're asking about the "there were so many sidequests some got pushed back for V11", I'm not sure how much detail I'm allowed to go into, and I don't know many specifics about which quests will be started or continued in which version. Just that Jan said in the dev server that there were an overwhelming amount of quests and some would be pushed back to V12 because V11 was already a massive amount of work and content. The Ana/missing children quest was mentioned as one of those when it was asked about. The were also some Jan considered saving for V12, but ultimately decided to include in V11

You can regrow the tree by interacting with it again. This reverts Route 2 back to normal.

On the day you posted, Yoru91 had actually sent me a message asking how I was about an hour before then, so I wondered if they had somehow gotten locked out of their account and needed to make a new one. Is the Silver Ring in your Items or Key Items pocket? In E16, the Silver Ring was changed from being an item to a key item. Silver Rings obtained pre-E16 will no longer have any effect on Corey's Pokemon. If you upload your save file, someone will be able to give you the key item Silver Ring. From what I've heard, med school lasts a lot longer than most other degrees/programs, and is pretty rigorous. If there's a mistake, it could lead to a patient getting severely injured or worse, so they need to make sure people going into that profession have a lot of training and know what they're doing. I wonder if/when Caz comes back, he'll apply some of what he learned in med school in Desolation scenes.

There actually are a few shadow Pokemon after your snag machine gets fixed, in the Wetlands HQ and at Teila Resort when Madelis shows up with some grunts that invade Tesla's villa. Some of the ones they use are even newly added in V11. Madame X told Nastasia to take the shadow Pokemon data to GDC. We haven't been to their HQ yet, but it's in the badlands IIRC. It's possible we'll see more shadow Pokemon then. Because of the episodic release structure and some characters and plot points not showing up for a few episodes before being mentioned or appearing again, it's pretty common for people to think or ask if Jan forgot about something, but nothing was forgotten. Everything in Rejuv is connected, it's just that when you're following an episodic release instead of the complete game, it can seem like a long time for some things to pay off or be concluded.

Patch 3 is intended to be the last one. I do plan on making a new relationship variable guide for V11, but it'll probably still be a while. Maybe sometime later this month or early next month. I'm mainly focusing on personal things right now.

The next part will be in V12. There were so many sidequests for V11 that some were pushed back for next version.
