  1. You don't have to worry about transferring it anywhere, you'll still have the same save file after downloading episode 7.
  2. That was the ending point of episode 4.5. If you're still playing 4.5, then you'd need to download episode 7. A few other people have mentioned this and all of them were still on 4.5 too.
  3. PIIIIX~ ^.^ These Sylveon sprites were made for me by Ame a while ago, as a prize for winning Midsummer Queen at the Summer Social. At first I just planned to use them in Reborn, since that was their original purpose, but I thought they fit too well not to use in Spork. The first one is neopolitan ice cream, and the second one is based off of Ceolis's sprite. The neopolitan one is going to be Spork's shiny Sylveon. The Ceolis one is programmed in as a different species, since it's not possible to have two different shinies for one Pokemon that doesn't have multiple forms (this is also why Delicia's Ampharos is mega from the beginning). Some things I'm currently considering/brainstorming for: -Ceolis's entire team has already been changed, and I might change a few Pokemon on other characters' teams too. My original plan with Ceolis's team, before Gen 7 had been announced, was for him to have one Pokemon from each gen, and Gen 7 meant I couldn't do that anymore. Some of the Pokemon on his current (public release) team had still been planned from the beginning, but looking back at it now, I feel like the team doesn't really fit him. I also noticed an inconsistency between Spork and Delicia's Delicious Dreamland: in Delicia's Delicious Dreamland, the Guardian has a Pheromosa during the ship scene, but in Spork they don't have one. I thought I gave the Guardian both Buzzwole and Pheromosa, but it seems like I only gave them Buzzwole. -giving more nicknames to Pokemon used by major characters. Nicknaming isn't really a detail I gave much thought to before most of the time, but almost everyone names their pets, so I think nicknames for Pokemon would be more common than they're used in Spork and most other games. My goal is to nickname every character's Pokemon, which means Ceolis's Sylveon in the screenshot above will be nicknamed too. I'm just not sure of what Ceolis's nickname theme for his Pokemon will be yet. On both of those notes, Agne's team + nicknames are a mix of planets and other space-related themes, but I'm thinking of making all of her team have a planetary theme, which means I'd switch the two Pokemon that currently don't. Once everyone's nicknamed, I'll make another post with all the nicknames + team changes for people who are interested in knowing! -extends ribbon and Ribombee- (extended Ribombee also made by Ame)
  4. Whether it's shiny is determined when you obtain it. The battle with Yveltal is set up as a trainer battle against it, and trainer Pokemon are never shiny unless you specifically set them to be shiny in the trainer data. Additionally, by ingame logic the Yveltal you obtain is the same one you battled, but by scripting logic they're two different Yveltal, since values like nature, IVs, etc. are randomized both in the battle and when obtained, as I didn't manually set anything.
  5. There's a bug reporting thread here, but since it's also an issue with your save file, the save file troubleshooting thread might also have been relevant. This sounds it could possibly be a result of losing the battle; there've been issues before where losing a battle causes events to continue as if you'd won. It took me a while to fix those and I'm not sure if I remember how. But I'll see what I can do with your save file after dinner. EDIT: I've got past that battle for you; here's your save file back. 6. The part of the desert beyond the sandstorm isn't going to be visited. Ame has been asked about it a few times and has stated that it's the northern border of the region and the "especially fierce sandstorm" that turns the player back is to prevent you from going to the edge of the map.
  7. CEOLIS REVAMP Recently, Enigma Shot U offered to remake some of Spork's maps, and has already completed the northern section of Virima. Here are some screenshots: Some of the changes include: -the hotel's color scheme is now green and blue. Where the vending machines were before has been expanded into a cafeteria. This area replaces the part of the first floor that had the tables and chairs, and the NPCs that were there are now in the cafeteria. The hotel looks a lot more organized now, especially the first floor. -Areas in Virima are no longer extremely close together. The shape/structure of the city has changed, while still keeping some of the themes from before: the houses having different colored roofs, and trees being close to the buildings. The exterior of some buildings has changed too, and Jim's house is like a mansion now. -if you've read the info in the Data Vault, you might remember that originally Jim's gym was going to have different rooms where you'd have to battle each trainer to get to Jim. This is now what happens. It's set up similar to the Team Xen lab in Caratos Mountain in Rejuv: there are four rooms, and you have to battle a trainer in each room to get the key from them and unlock the master bedroom where Jim is. -NPC houses don't look exactly the same anymore. The furniture and appliances might vary depending on the NPCs. For example, the couple that mentions recently having moved to Virima has boxes in their house. I'd like to thank Enigma for offering to do this. I'm impressed at how much Virima has improved, and look forward to seeing and giving feedback on future map revamps too!
  8. I checked the moves.txt and the issue was that Eerie Impulse had the wrong function code. This has now been fixed for the next/final reupload. (there's a bug reporting thread for reporting bugs btw) You can go back and get the marble there when you have Surf.
  9. Below the text box when typing a post is a paperclip icon and next to that "Click to choose files". That's how you upload a file to your post. The Shiny Charm is obtained by defeating the leader of the Shiny Pokemon Fanclub in Tullborn City (where the 10th gym is).
  10. This guide is for Reborn but also works for Spork and every other fangame made with RMXP + Essentials: http://www.rebornevo.com/index.php?/pr/save/
  11. If you battle + obtain the Pheromosa and send me your save file, I can make it shiny for you. The mega stones are the ones from the official games; Spork doesn't have any fakemon or custom forms (the megastonelocations notepad file included in the game folder also lists all the mega stones and where they can be found). Poipole evolves through level up when it knows Dragon Pulse. The move relearner, who can teach Dragon Pulse to Poipole, is in the Services District of Olidroll.
  12. The Mega Ring is obtained between the 15th and 16th gyms. Surf as obtained between the 8th and 9th gyms. The Dream Shrine is located in the Sea Star Society (specifically the Community Section). You'll go there between the 11th and 12th gyms. You can mega evolve with any Pokemon that's capable of mega evolution, as long as you have the Mega Ring and it's holding the mega stone.
  13. Right, I forgot that those increased the shiny chances. I'm not sure if sos or horde battles are possible to implement in Essentials, as I've never seen a fangame use them before. Horde battles I'm almost sure aren't, because the handler of Essentials has stated that triple battles aren't possible without completely changing a lot of scripts and functions. And if Essentials can't handle 3 vs 3, it probably couldn't handle 1 vs 5 either. Both of those would be beyond me even if they are/were possible anyway though; I have zero coding experience. I've heard of chain fishing but don't really know what it is. Along with the increased shiny rate, there is the Shiny Charm though, and the Poke Radar will be added in the next reupload.
  14. What are the shiny hunting methods in Sun and Moon? I've never shiny hunted myself, I just occasionally find one by chance, so I'm not familiar with them.
  15. In Liliech City, there's an NPC in a house who asks to see Eevee and each of the Eeveelutions one at a time. One of the rewards for doing this is a Lucky Egg.
  16. I'm not sure of the percentage, but it's increased to the same rate as Reborn and Rejuvenation. Actually, as I was posting this I looked back in the thread because I remember it being mentioned once, and according to the math in this post it's around 1.07%
  17. I gave myself a Chimchar to test this, and it seems like it's the backsprite position issue that shiny Cottonee and Spinarak had. I've fixed this for the next reupload. None of the Pokemon are shiny locked. The next reupload isn't going to be for a while, but since you were asking to have it fixed, here's the corrected backsprite. Save this picture and put it in Graphics -> Battlers. When it asks if you want to replace the shiny Chimchar backsprite that's already in there, say yes.
  18. North of Umira, Carol and the simulations will no longer be in front of the way forward.
  19. When I tried to give Cubone its hidden ability, this happened: (the blank space is Lightningrod) I checked the pokemon.txt and Cubone's abilities are listed correctly there. I decided to just evolve Cubone into Alolan Marowak and give it a Thick Club along with Rock Head, since I wasn't really sure what was going on here or how to fix it. I didn't have this issue when giving Alolan Marowak Rock Head. Game.rxdata
  20. This is the situation with Pokemon that have three abilities: For Thick Club, I actually don't know where one is off the top of my head. I thought it'd most likely be at the Battle Mall but I checked just now and none of the vendors sell it. But since you'd already need to send your save file for me to give Cubone its hidden ability, I can also give you a Thick Club.
