I found the cause of the bug alvintsang experienced: it was intended for the player to speak to Emily and Grape in front of Wendy's gym before going to Lovely Lake. Due to an oversight, it was possible for the player to not speak to Emily and go on to Lovely Lake, skipping the scene with Wendy and Aretha in the process. I've changed the Infant Tree Infantry to be lined up in Technicolor Forest even if the player hasn't spoken to Emily and Grape yet, preventing the player from skipping this event and being glitched after battling Emily. Additionally, this re-upload also has the revamped Shadow Badge.

@Chuuya the forum isn't letting me quote you, but you're unstuck now. When I loaded your game, you actually weren't stuck at all from my end. Normally someone would need to press control to walk through non-passable tiles, but I was able to walk away from the sewer lid normally. Game.rxdata

Thanks for these! The new Garden Badge looks really pretty. Re-uploaded with the UI recolored from aquamarine to fuchsia, since both the UI and EXP bar being blue made the EXP bar harder to see (I'm not sure why that thought never crossed my mind). Also added the revamped Garden, Feebas, and Gavel badges.

ULTRAAAA! ULTRAAAA! ULTRAAA!...Sun and Moon
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to ProjectIceman's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
New USUM info from Corocoro: -Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma have signature z-moves: Sunsteel Smasher and Moongeist Blaster. Dusk Mane Necrozma also has a new move called Photon Geyser. Both of them have the ability Prism Armor. -The more you use Rotom Dex, the more you can do with it. "Rotom Power" can help you get items and powers, and "Z Rotom Power" allows you to use a z move more than once in a battle. -
I think Nim's psychic field gives an additional Psychic typing to moves with Pulse in the name. It happened to me before with Water Pulse. This used to be mentioned in the field effect manual notepad file under the psychic field. It's not mentioned there anymore, but I guess it's still an effect of the terrain.

Melia didn't mention Valarie having hostileness or a bad aura. However, depending on a story split where you choose whether or not to free Kreiss, Kreiss may mention that something feels off about Melia. EDIT: I remember now. As Emma, Melia said Valarie is just like Neved for the way they treat their enemies. I don't really think that's an indication of being a shadow, though, especially since she helped save Sharon from falling at Valor Mountain, going against what she said to "Emma" by telling Crescent they wouldn't "stoop to Team Xen's level".

I had 2 Pokemon on my team up until Serra: Delphox and Ampharos. I beat Julia and Florinia with 1 Pokemon, and I beat Corey, Shelly, Shade, Kiki, and Aya with 2 Pokemon.

Although I'm not sure what caused it to happen, I was able to fix it. In debug mode after the player walked into the water, I pressed control while moving to walk through the lake and get back to the entrance to trigger the battle with Emily again. When I defeated her, the event worked as normal this time without the player moving on their own into the lake. Game.rxdata

The reason I didn't use spoiler tags in addition to the above is because you already made it clear for those who haven't gotten to this point that there will be spoilers. I feel like those who choose to read the thread who aren't that far will do so knowing that there are spoilers. I did add spoiler tags just now, though. The fight against Amber doesn't change, but the arena did change in V9. In V6-V8 she was fought at a volcano, while in V9 she's fought inside the concert hall.

Since you kept the Magma Stone, I'll explain what happens if you give it up:

It kind of seems like there will be "trials" of sorts for each Ultra Beast! -
Pokemon Conspiracy (In Development)
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Enigma Shot U's topic in Fan-game Exposé
Thanks! I was able to find it with those clues. The Zorua search led me to finding another bug too. The game crashes when initiating a battle with Nightmare Gengar in the virtual graveyard. -
Pokemon Conspiracy (In Development)
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Enigma Shot U's topic in Fan-game Exposé
Karrablast can be found on Route 1. I believe you can encounter them at any time of day. I found Zorua for the first time, but I can't seem to find it the second time. I've interacted with every Pokemon on every map as far as I know, unless there are others besides Combee/Volbeat & Illumise (and Murkrow but that's a different sidequest) who show up in the overworld at specific times of day. Would anyone know Zorua's second disguise/location? -
Radomus is the 8th leader. Luna is the 9th.

I'm back to working on episode 6. As I said in a recent post, the Mega Ring being obtained is the next thing I plan to show when I get to that point. But before that, I cleaned up the opening post a bit and would also like to clarify a few things about Spork that I haven't before. Starting with what I changed in the opening post (this post explains everything so there's no need to reread the OP): Updated the known bugs list for the first time in 85 years. Bugs added were: -Toxic doesn't have 100% accuracy when used by a Poison type -Purify is ???? It works when taught as a level up move, but with the event Pyukumuku that has it already due to the level it's received at, Purify displays as a Normal type move with no name or info. I re-upload a lot with bug fixes and other changes, so the bugs under Known Bugs are mostly ones I don't know how to fix at the moment. What before said "Hidden Power changer" now has a more accurate description: "-An NPC who can teach any type of Hidden Power to a Pokemon (available at an area between the 7th and 8th gym)" Hidden Power changer made it sound like he'd change the type of Hidden Power you already have, which isn't how he works. Added more details about the Battle Frontier: there will be five facilities total, with the Tower and Factory being two of them while the other three are new. They also won't work exactly like the battle facilities from the main series, where you battle x number of trainers and then battle the Frontier Brain. Since the Battle Factory has never worked in any version of Essentials (that's something I learned a few months ago when browsing the Essentials section of Pokecommunity), I wouldn't be able to make it exactly like the official series, and I like the way I'm going to do it more anyway. It's hard to really give details about that without going into specifics for each facility, since they all work differently (Factory and Tower are more battle-oriented while some of the others have more of a focus on exploration). It was already mentioned there's not a level cap, but I also added that there are no field effects either. Instead of mentioning death not existing only as a small note to clarify why the Pokedex entries say what they do, I added this under the story section: "The story is more lighthearted than most fangames as well as the canon games. Death does not exist here. That doesn't just mean that no characters will die, it also means death literally isn't something that happens to people or Pokemon." There are other noteworthy ways this universe works, not all of which will be explicitly mentioned in the game, but I'll go ahead and mention more here: -physically, the aging process stops around the 30s-40s. People don't become weaker or lose some of their functions as they age. The character who looks the oldest is Raymond, which is probably around the oldest someone can look. People stop aging at different points; for example Ashley and Kayla were among the first humans to come to Ceolis but physically and mentally Ashley is 17 and Kayla is 23. -children are made through tubes instead of carried in the stomach. I'm not sure if more than one person is required or if someone can have a child just by wanting to have one and being able to handle the responsibility. (it's physically impossible for someone who can't handle the responsibility of raising a child to have one, though that also doesn't mean parents are perfect people who never make mistakes either) Some other bodily inconveniences also don't exist like needing to use the bathroom (which makes Chelsea's Butterfree pun not make sense by the universe's logic and I'll probably change that at some point) or the menstrual cycle. -since death doesn't exist, that means some events from the canon games are altered. Graveyards don't exist, and the Pokemon Tower was always a radio tower. The Marowak wasn't a ghost that Team Rocket killed. It was an Alolan Marowak that got separated from its child, and being in an unfamiliar environment didn't help its mood. -Arceus didn't create the universe. It did hatch from an egg a very long time ago, but researchers assume its parents are also Arceus(es?). No one knows how the universe was formed, and it's not a topic that's going to be discussed in-game. Giratina wasn't banished to the Distortion World, instead it prefers to live there. -meat exists, but it grows naturally. Milk does come from Miltank and probably other Pokemon too. -Ghost-types aren't the souls of people or Pokemon. They're kind of their own classification of beings.

Ame said that maybe we'll get some action with them, which doesn't necessarily mean we'll be able to catch them. I believe it's actually been confirmed before that all legendaries are postgame. "Get action" may mean like the glitch Mewtwo situation where we battle one but don't catch it, or it could mean one will make an appearance without being captured or battled at all. There's also the word "maybe" to take into account there.

Dev log vs multiple post
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to ssbCasper's topic in Resources and Tutorials
Speaking as a mod, the general policy is one thread per fangame. I've actually considered merging all of your threads into one before, but some of your topics could be discussions of their own related to more than just your game specifically, so I wasn't sure if that was the correct action. Speaking as a member, I agree with the forum's one thread per fangame policy. I think it's cleaner that way, and I voted for having one thread with all topics for that reason. -
There's already a Titania wallpaper. http://www.rebornevo.com/index.php?/pr/wallpaper/titania/
