You're able to get Deino before Rosetta, yes. Here's the sidequest to get it: For Magneton, I assume you evolve it by leveling it up in the power plant, although I don't have one myself so someone else will have to confirm/deny it.

As an advance notice, I haven't 100% decided yet, but after the public release of episode 3 it's possible I may take a break before starting episode 4. I was a lot faster with episode 3 than I thought I would be, but I'm burned out from several periods of working on the game nonstop for hours at a time. And episode 4 will have a lot of eventing and mapping, since that's when the Sea Stars are visited and I want their civilization to be massive. That being said, I put a lot of effort in episode 3 and I hope people enjoy it when it's ready ^^' I'm currently working on a list of which Gen 7 moves and abilities are in the game (it'll be a notepad file like the marble location list and Pokemon obtainability list) to be ready by public release, and I may also make a TM location list since I'm starting to lose track of where I put them all myself. Legend Mode will come out some time after the public release, but I'm not sure when yet. SPB currently doesn't have wifi, so Legend Mode discussion will have to continue once she can use the Internet again.

E16 Public Release now available!
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Amethyst's topic in News and Announcements
You have to Fly to Reborn City. -
There's not a list of TMs in the folder (or that I've seen, at least). I think Alilatias didn't mean a literal list and it was just a way of saying "You should see the new TMs added this episode".

S2 Redemption League Leader Reveals
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Melody's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Ariel was originally in bracket 1 in the first season, but got promoted to bracket 2. -
ECT stands for electro-convulsive therapy. The eyepatch Meteor is Sirius.

Gen 7 is going to be in E17, so if you have a Gen 7 starter from this mod, the new abilities and moves will be in E17 and there shouldn't be any problems.

If you choose Nova, you get a rep point with Nova and lose one with Shiv, and vice versa if you pick Shiv. If you pick Shiv you get a rep point with Ava, and you lose one with Ava if you pick Nova. If you pick Nova, Shiv doesn't jump on to the Moltres but if you pick Shiv, he does. And of course dialogue differences with Shiv and Nova depending on which you picked.

If you want to find her, maybe try looking in a Mira. -
It has the ability Skill Link, which makes multi-hit moves always hit 5 times.

pokemon rom hack Pokemon Sweet anyone?
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to mixerxtreme's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
It's a ROM hack. Pokemon have dessert-based sprites, and the type chart is changed to food flavors. It takes place in a dessert-based version of Kanto. -
Yes. As revealed in a recent post by Jan, four of the E8 are gatekeepers who need to be battled in order to allow access to the Pokemon League, where the other four will be battled.

Things that you DONT like on Pokemon Reborn.
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Karyuudan's topic in Reborn City
It being just an NPC convo is exactly why I find it odd. With the leaders, levels have to be mentioned so players will know the max obedience level (they're also listed on the trainer card, but not everyone looks at the trainer card often). But with these two NPCs, they don't serve as a way to explain something to the player about levels. These are just two people having a normal, in-universe, non-gameplay mechanic related conversation in a universe where Ame considers levels only a gameplay mechanic for the player. -
Things that you DONT like on Pokemon Reborn.
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Karyuudan's topic in Reborn City
It's not necessarily something I dislike, just find odd and maybe could use updating. Ame has said more than once before that she imagines levels don't literally exist and are just for gameplay purposes like when a character gives you an item and tells you what button to push to use it (I agree with this). But also, in the new Reborn City the Joey fanboy youngsters near the fountain in Peridot fantasize about a Pokemon going over level 100. Mention of levels is unavoidable when getting a gym badge, since it'll have to be explained what level the badge allows obedience up to. The Snubbull girl also probably needs to be explicit, although when she says Snubbull stopped obeying at level 20, it should actually be 21. They'll obey up to level 20 without a badge, it's when they go over that they start to disobey. But with Ame's thoughts on levels only as a gameplay mechanic, the youngsters talking about levels like that doesn't really make sense to me. -
S2 Redemption League Leader Reveals
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Melody's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
You can battle the leaders in any order up to the highest bracket you can challenge, so you don't have to face Nick first or Olivia second. -
Jan said only the first four know where the Pokemon League is. We know where Tesla lives, but we'd have to battle her at the Pokemon League along with the other three and the Champion.

You don't go back to the mansion later, at least as of current release. You can find the book by doing the Hidden Library help requests. The first is in Gearen's Help Center and the second is in Sheridan's. But there's a second book at a later area called Sheridan Wetlands, although that's a few badges after the mansion, and as mentioned before you can't go back to the mansion after your business there is done. I do think there's another Gothita event later on if you don't get it here, but I could be remembering wrong. EDIT: Wait nvm I missed the last part of your post. For the snatched Pokemon quest, it's in Gearen's help center. After taking it, meet the client in Gearen Laboratories.

E16 Public Release now available!
Ice Cream Sand Witch replied to Amethyst's topic in News and Announcements
To start E16, you need to be in the back room of the Big Top (where Ciel is). Then exit there and a text box should come up about this being the start of E16.
