I hope they are as they appear to be a good counterpoint to the evil teams, I have no problem with being "generic" as the light is good trope is one of my favorite tropes. On Oak's cousin I don't get why they made him when they could of just of used the good old Prof. Oak instead, its not like he hasn't cameoed in other games before. As for my thoughts on the Alohan variants while I do like the new Raichu, Sandslash, and Ninetails their in universe reason for their inclusion doesn't make sense. Why haven't other species adapted in other regions? How the hell does a Sandshrew adapt to a climate that would kill it? The Dark type isn't really about actual darkness so how does it fit in with Raticate becoming nocturnal? I probably overthinking it.

I take it you never played Pokemon Black/White 2? In it it is revealed that the members that really wanted to help Pokemon and the ones that felt guilty and wanted to repent formed Old Team Plasma led by Rood. (still wearing their knight outfits and other notable members are N's sisters) While the really evil members joined Gheisis in forming New Team Plasma..(Now wearing black outfits) Old teams up with you to fight the New. On the topic of Ather if Skull really is the good team trying to warn people about Ather that would be a interesting twist as well.

I been away too long. Hopefully Aether is our first (second if you count old Team Plasma) "good" team, it would be about time a team was founded to protect Pokemon from the evil teams. Type Null looks interesting and I wonder if it figures into Gnoggin's Alchemy theory somehow and UB-01 is interesting as well, I wonder if its going to be a reference to HP Lovecraft's work. However if it really is a transformed girl thats horrifying.

Hopefully not, Sonic the Hedgehog is my favorite franchise. While I'll be praying to the Lord our God. He is more reliable than that infernal loser.

Well it looks like I'm the odd one out because I loved the dragon video (second favorite out of all them) thanks the pantheon shot, N, and the shots of the series' protagonists, though fighting is still the best video.

I guess a lower form of Character Attachment? For me a waifu is the girl my character is boyfriend/husband to in RPGs (Leliana from Dragon Age and Cordelia/Caeldori from Fire Emblem for example) I also don't do Harems as that would be wrong and I bring my Christian values to every game I play.

As for the new videos, Electric: While it didn't do the type justice, it was cute and I really liked the retro Gameboy references and the Thank You! parts. (Pulseman FTW!) Ground: Another nice, scary video, only nitpick I have would be Donphan's entrance as I feel it wouldn't attack the drivers. Ice: I didn't really like this one because of the icey fog making the pokemon and people harder to see. Rock: Nice Jurassic Park references but like the Electric video there was a little to much emphasis on the fossil pokemon.

No it shouldn't because while GF really should have given the fighting type to it, its hands down the best designed starter to exist so far. Now if only it could learn sacred sword.

While I would love to fight Red again I doubt this will happen as the Pokemon world so far hasn't made such huge time skip before. Also while the manga is more faithful to the games than the anime they are not canon to the games, so Yellow doesn't exist in the game verse. Red and Misty on the other hand...

The new fairy type basically is Pokemon's light type. Strong against Dark? Check. Strong against Dragon? Check. Multiple light based moves? Check. Angel based pokemon (Togekiss and Gardivor) changed to have the new "light" typing? Check. The only thing missing is them being strong against ghost types. On topic It would be really awesome if they pulled a gen 2 and let us return to Kalos (for Zygarde info and forms) or Unova. (To complete the legendary dragon there) I'm not sure how I feel about the speculation of being able to ride cars as I thought the new flight mechanic in ORAS was better and more interesting.

Count me among the camp that will be getting the moon version. I really hope they bring back character customization and one of the mons is actual wolf based pokemon

While the art of part 1 of water was off in a few places and the music didn't fit some of scenes both parts of water were nice and relaxing. Grass had a odd opening but for the most part was cute like the fairy video.
