I wouldn't be surprised if he was, as he likes to force whatever the new gimmick is and if he is I'm betting the plot of SS will be even worse than X&Y as he is the reason behind the fall of the Paper Mario games.

I mostly agree with everything you said but I can't do this. My favorite pokemon are deal breakers, if by some miracle all 6 of them is in and I get the game as a result, my experience will still be brought down by this decision.

Sorry I didn't mean to quote you but the other guy. I'm not sure why the site put your name in instead.

Not only did they give certain pokemon overlooked by competitive players like yourself a chance to shine, more importantly they were really fun to use. Also taking away innovation is never a good thing, you build on whats come before not get rid of it and thats just the megas and Z moves. Don't get me started on how Legendaries will not be the only pokemon cut.

Wrong. I didn't buy Lets Go for this reason and I don't play certain Pokemon fan games for this reason. (which to remind you are free) My favorite pokemon are deal breakers. -
I said this sometime before but using new pokemon was the never the appeal for me. Ever since the later years of Gen3 (which apparently GF learned nothing from) I've have been breeding my team over into the next Gen, so I can experience the new region with my favorite pokemon. (with the team being updated if I really like a new pokemon) This news is utterly devastating for me, depending on whats in the Dex I might stop playing Pokemon. (except fan games)

Well after some depressing news coming out of E3 that may have me hang up my trainer hat, I have become even more appreciative of Ame and Jan for giving us these awesome new experiences while also taking the time to make sure all the pokemon and innovations are in the game despite not having even half of the number of people on the team that Game Freak has, I know its been said again and again but thank you all for your hard work. -

I think it was said that Gen7 was going to be the last update to the roster. -

I'd be fine with it as long as it wasn't required for something, just a option for those who want more a challenge. I never was into Reborn for its difficulty. -

Sorry, I'll drop it then, I doubt me and Egzample are going to see eye to eye anyways. -

The pokedex doesn't say that every Kadabra is a esper, just that suddenly a highly powerful male esper woke up one day transformed into a Kadabra, its a isolated incident. You have no problem considering some dex entries as canon but not others, that sounds like cherry picking to me. Have you considered the possibility that it can control how it's body impacts the world? It is basically a fire elemental after all and technically Wailord does float in air in battle. Its stated in a matter of fact way, also if Mewtwo was produced via a egg like most normal pokemon than why can't you breed Mew in universe? Nothing in the games states that Pokemon eggs are the only way to get baby pokemon, in fact most legendary pokemon can not be breed the normal way, even though the non unique ones are capable of producing offspring. -

Like I said before Magcargo's dex entry isn't as crazy as it seems not only does it not have mass for that temperature to matter, scientists have created far hotter temperatures in a lab. It feels off and doesn't follow ingame logic in your opinion, at this point you are just cherry picking what you want to believe no matter what the canon is. The way the journals are phrased makes it clear that there is nothing metaphorical going on. While Pokemon is inspired by the real world, it is a fantasy world, that is a fact and while I won't give you bird pokemon breathing fire, I will give you a dragon that split into three different beings thanks to a argument and another dragon that does nothing but consume, yet leaves no waste. There is no grey zone at all, it is stated as fact even outside the Pokedex entries that pokemon eat each other and Gen 6 cleared up people eating pokemon, they do, you can even order some pokemon for yourself. -
Besides the ones already listed, Misty Terrain can also be bred onto the Wigglytuff line. As a Wigglytuff line fan myself, I recommend keeping yours a Jigglypuff until level 41 so it learns Hyper Voice and then when its a Wigglytuff using Play Rough as temporary fairy type STAB until you can get Dazzling Gleam. Another thing you might want to use if you don't make your Wigglytuff a support pokemon is the assault vest item.

As far as the game's canon goes, not really. Nintendo and Game Freak to this day still have that as Mewtwo's canon origin, despite the multiple chances to change it in remakes or update it when Mewtwo appears. Only some fans take issue with it and the pokedex entries despite this being a fantasy world. Heck some of the dex entries aren't as ridiculous as they sound like Magcargo's, which doesn't have enough mass to be the world ending pokemon some people think it is, at best it would singe you if stood by it for a long time. The Pokemon Adventures/Special manga even uses dex entries as plot points. -

It wasn't a metaphor going by how the journal entries are written, which can all be found here, https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pokémon_Mansion_journals Mewtwo was probably cloned the real world way. -

Reborn tries its best to stay true to the world of the games instead of the world of the anime, so its more likely the Mewtwo will be the feral one that Mew gave birth to instead of the talking Team Rocket created one. On the subject of UBs while they are wild, I wonder if they are going to attack Reborn like they did to Alola and the GB version of Hoen. -
Your opinions about the Elite Four (Obvious spoilers)
The Swordsman replied to Nexen57's topic in Reborn City
The Elite Four also have the same elemental theming of the gym leaders so I don't think Reborn's Elite Four would be any different or use another characters Pokemon/pokemon based on that character. As for my predictions, El (normal type specialist): Ditto, (his ace, will probably try the Arceus trick again) Pyroar, Blissey, Mega Audino, (religious/priest class theming) Smeargle and unless its heresy Silvally (if so Snorlax) Anna will be a psychic type specialist and have a Jirachi that was pretending to be a stuffed doll -
So as the newest episode is getting closer to full completion, I started reading every field file again as it's one best things about this fangame. However once I got to the Holy Field I noticed a move that logically should get a boost from the field but doesn't despite fitting both the theme of legendary pokemon's moves getting boosted and the field theming itself, Sacred Sword. So out of curiosity why isn't the move included?

You're right, for some reason I thought they were sold right before the Elite 4. -

To be frank I don't think its a good idea to remove a choice that is fairly late game for everyone just because it might be tempting for you on your Intense run. Difficulty isn't the end all be all for most players and eventually actual max revives will appear in the shops as well in the endgame. -

Besides Fern and Titania, the character I hate the most is Sirius. Not only has he harmed multiple families to get the keys, He destroyed Eclipse's soul. For that I consider him to be worse than Lin and any other pokemon villain besides maybe Indriad/Vitus/Sirius/whatever that guy's name is from Rejuvenation. -

No, what I'm getting at is it seems to me that you are giving me a hard time for liking him, that I shouldn't like him. I know he his villain and a extremist, you don't have to convince me of that. -

Also to be fair to Solaris he previously was peaceful in his methods until Lin got involved. Its why I hold up hope for Solaris despite thinking he is too far gone at this point.
