    I did a quick search and it looks like no one has mentioned it so here ! Looks like the Magpy evolution has a different leveling rate than it's previous form, I say this because upon giving it a rare candy and evolving it at it's earliest evolution level it then jumped up two levels with no manipulation on my part

    So when exactly does Magpy evolve into it's second stage (I'm assuming it is a three stage and thus has the first evo via level) since mine is at the level cap right now and still nada? :x

    Huh....well you learn something new everyday. Regardless of anyone's opinion, my own included, this is if anything an interesting occurrence and I hope that you reach its best outcome

    Around Shelly is when you can really start EV training as you can start buying power items from the dept store, you can get by without training but it really is not that hard/tedious with the boosting items so may as well optimize a bit in case the game throws any curve balls, look to the EV training guide if you need any help!

    If the level cap is like 55 then just overlevel larvesta a bit so it can evolve and probably swap out houndoom for it, arceus is a quiet nature so with proper IVs/EVs 100 base may just outspeed it allowing you to get off a quiver dance, the rest should be easy enough Pretty sure if you black out you go back up and can try again

    Well actually, the PULSE project was originally meant to be a harmless artificial form of mega evolution mainly for the purpose of helping healing pokemon use their abilities. Team Meteor just happened to take over the project and probably just don't care enough to refine the process to not harm the user

    I always figured Solaris would have this sort of...gravelly, deep, aged voice, not exactly old but moreso intimidating I can't think of anyone who would fit that description though

    I wouldn't call having an EV trained team "unfun" It simply helps you not get overwhelmed when the leaders are throwing EV trained mons and fields back at you, if anything it makes a run more organized and less of a hair pulling struggle, though you're free to play the game however you like

    Again, you only get one ditto so aim for as high IVs as possible, preferably everything in the 20's or higher, luckily it is a quick event to soft reset for so it is not too long of stretch Edit: Soft resetting for perfect IVs is not usually the norm except for legendaries but in this case since Beldum can only be bred with the one ditto you get it should preferably be near perfect as it can pass down 5 of it's 6 IVs

    Uhh I suppose I should ask where this "Mystery egg" is since I've seen it on the location guide but not the actual location OTL Also as someone who is kind of just blindly running through Rejuv and struggling to not get swept by every leader, how do you guys handle some of these field effects? They seem a fair bit lopsided than Reborn at times so...what's everyone's game plan if any?

    A Reborn run always sets the stage for a good time. Anyways I'm not sure if you're looking for team advice with this thread but if so I would maybe recommend benching the Panda at least until you beat Florinia since it can not evolve below the level cap while something like say, Makuhita, can which in my experience is a huge help for her Cradily and honestly the rest of the game. It's also interesting seeing Drowzee being used so instead of throwing out my stereotypical "Use the cat!" recommendation I'm interested to see what you can do with it!

    Soft resetting for a high IV ditto is much faster and worthwhile than soft resetting for Beldum. What I would recommend is getting a high IV ditto (You only get one chance) and breeding it with beldum while making sure Beldum itself has at least one decent stat Edit: Also wanted to say that that Beldum is far from bad but could also be a decent bit better

    Combined with an air balloon Dragalge should be able to straight up OHKO the thing with sludge wave granted it has adaptability, though you may also want to look into EV training/breeding your team while also balancing out types and weaknesses, Drag, Mag, and Steelix together leave you heavily weak to ground with a notable weakness to fire

    I personally love Noel's team and find him to be a respectable but not impossible challenge, not to mention he does not even get his own force win field like some of the other leaders do, imagine if he did xD

    There should be an officer in one of the caves if you backtrack as well as the switch to the final door. There is also an officer in the Library you passed and the final officer is past this point. Best of luck!
