    Are we doomed to some form of eternity? It seems to me that we look forward to either an eternal afterlife, an eternal nothingness, or an eternal cycle of finite lives. Thoughts?

      Look... the simple thing at the end of the day is this: If you spent your entire life constantly worrying about what's on the otherside and whether there's some paradise or just an endless expanse of void, then by the time you're actually dead, you won't have really lived at all.

      Just my 2-cents on these types of topics in general.
