  1. Sadly not. I'd love to use it and abuse it and stick it to some of the uglier Gen4 evos (Magneton ftw), but there isn't one. Hopefully next episode? Whenever, if it ever, comes out?
  2. My heart was calm and still. Still and pure. However, it was purely evil.

  3. Hmmm. Nice thread. Le'ts begin with something simple. Some bad writing: -Charlotte / Heather / insertoterchar took the leader/E4 job from their mother. Well that's damn lazy writing. It makes no sense. A. Stuff wouldn't work that way in reality. B. The kids are based on the old league leaders. These real kids didn't land there because parents. And all pairs of parent-child or sibling groups are already well explained in the game. -Bennett in Iolia Valley. I find it awfully written as well. Summary: "Now I'll say a super-stereotypical offensive detestable line because I'm the bad guy here. Now I will say some more of these lines. I must be the most blatantly dumb potential rapist I can be. I have to look as simplistic and as bad as possible. Insert moar lines that are horrible in any way!" Seriously. I don't know the real Bennett's interractions with Luna, but in the game, it's terribad. -Cain and Aya. After you come out of the Slums and meet with Amaria in Coral, Cain pops out to grab his Oshawott. He says he got sidetracked and has a meeting with his sister in the Wasteland. When these two talk in Agate, they mention that they haven't seen each other since Cain left home. -Cal's reasoning: "I've broken the PULSE beforehand. We're 4 vs 2, with one opponent being the always unwilling Taka and the other being the object-oriented Solaris. Hm. Let's throw Medicham in the lava". Allthough I don't blame Ame for that. I blame Cal. I hate Cal. -Titania's everything. That's Titania's fault though, her league character and interraction propably was terrihorribad anyway. Nice thread. I'll be back.

  5. Or just use Gligar. It's not bad at all.
  6. Red League preparation level: registering stupid alts

  7. Actually, the standard species clause of PS is by Pokedex number, which means no two same Pokemon, no two different ones from the same line or family. So Aegislash and Doublade should be legal and kosher, as well as Gardevoir and Galade, Pory2 and PoryZ, Glalie and Frosslass etc. I really can't see the reason to ban these combos that a) noone would run and have common weaknesses.

Iolia Valley, check my Item Guide in my sig for where exactly (upper right corner after taking all the plugs, on the way to the Sableye cave). You will get Rhyhorn a little bit later anyway, though, in Route 2.
  9. You defeated Shade. The next gym leader is Kiki. The Fire stone is before her and also before a miniboss. After Kiki comes Aya. The Dusk stone is after Aya and after another miniboss. So rest assured, they're close. Shade - Firestone - miniboss - Kiki - Aya - miniboss - Duststone and Key to the relearner. The general rule is: if you evolve to Arcanine, you can get Arcanine's old moves. You CANNOT get Growlithe's old moves. So you have to wait to get all the Growlithe moves first. That's a problem with many stone evos. Also I suggest waiting for Tailwind on Murkrow. The Move Relearner is in the Onyx Ward. She's locked out of her house. The Key to it is close to the Dusk Stone, after the same miniboss. You are really close to all of them. Go ahead and have fun
  10. Fire Stone: Pyrous Mountain B2F in the Heatmor island (visible) Route 2 hidden on a rock in the green patch above the last Crustle hole before the Celestine Cascade and Amaria's home (you go through it to drop the Crustle in the hole below) Dusk Stone: Subrailnet after going down the stairs to the left wall of the room (visible) Iolia Valley after recieving all four Crystal Plugs, go through the right path on the left side of the water and use the purple crystal to transform the other path and make it turn left, then go back and go through the left path on the left side of the water after it was changed Straight from my Item Guide. You will know when you reach these locations. To fully answer, the Fire Stone is already obtainable for you (you can mine glowing rocks to find it) and one of the two in the overworld is very close, before the next gym leader. Although you should evolve Growlithe at 45, after it learns Flare Blitz. The Dusk stone cannot be mined but it will be available soonish, after you defeat the next two gyms and a boss shortly after them. Kudos to the two posters before me for not looking up anything at all.
  11. Yes, if you mean that they are in literally every team, no, if you consider that there are no other hazards that do type-scaling damage with no Pokemon being immune to them. If there were... Ice Bergs or Flame Balls or other hazards like rocks, things could be different. And very very same. Do you play any Little Cup?
  12. I have two entrance routes listed, albeit badly Citrine Mountain 2F, enter Citrine F1 from the entrance at the far left side of the Celestine Cascade area and go all the way up to the stairs to F2 OR enter Celestine F1 from the Cascade and then go all the way to the left and climb the stairs to F2, THEN surf, climb the first small Waterfall and it's at the landing spot at its left (also is the visible but unreachable item you see from the side accross Shade's gym) Better? Do you want to try and change it a bit to make more sense? Thanks though, you are the first saying anything about these goddamn descriptions in the mountains. They need some reviewing at the least. 13. It means changing time in your computer to toggle between morning, day and night, because some wild Pokemon appear only at certain parts of the day. Also, go to your profile, then to "Edit my profile" at the top right, and set your timezone for the forum
  14. Actually requires Waterfalling from CELESTINE F1 to B1F to B2F and then Strength-glitching. I swear, noone ever remembers that the name of that place is Celestine.
  15. Item Guide Guy is in the building, complete with screenshots and superduper night vision! Flash is behind one of these spots, can't remember the other item off top of my head. I think that Flash is in the lower level, but I can't remember really.

    Shiny ?

I think it's a 1/100 shiny rate. And you can check all the shiny sprites in Reborn by going to the game's folder/Graphics/Battlers. Or you can let them surprize you upon meeting them in battle~
  17. But darlings, ballerinas don't make eggs!!! It's a deal, it's a steal, it's the seel of the fucking century!
  18. Cottonee!!! If you only learned Rain Dance, we would be perfect!!!!

  19. Nice catch, thanks! ...yeah, I haven't updated that second post list at all. Although I had found out about the Pixie Plate before making the new held items list which is in the first post. Someone had posted a topic like "show me your awesome save file", where people posted their saves at the end of E15, and I snuck in and checked these files until I found one with a Pixie Plate. Still, nice catch, you couldn't know that I had checked afterwards. "All type Plates" in the OP Held Items section is literally "all type Plates" That's right, but Flash is already there. 4th entry in the Aya-Samson part of the TM list. Still, thanks, your good intention counts.
  20. ...am actually using Smogonbird? Quick, someone disinfect me!

  21. I checked all: Riolu is hatching from an egg in Reborn: Event Eggs had event egg moves in E14 at least: Maractus had Leech Seed and Spikes, Riolu has Crunch and Vacuum Wave. Riolu also gets Vacuum Wave from the Move Tutor in Agate in E14.1. Also, since E14.6, hatched moves are relearnable via regular Move Relearner. So Special or Mixed Luc are fine too
  22. Nonononono. I meant the new level curve from Serra to Charlotte. If you play the game in E15, everything from Noel to Luna is SIGNIFICANTLY weaker, and with much less exp. After Luna it's still lowered, but not as bad. Examples: the Aventurine bugs went from lvl 55 to 49, the Route 1 bulls from 52 to 47, the Subseven cultists from 56 to 51.
  23. Heliolisk is much better anyway. My vote goes to E15, not for the new content, but for the nerfed level curve, which promotes more grinding, since keeping up with the cap is harder with less exp available. Just add more trainers and pokes to the trainers instead of sinking everything...
