It must not be a Mega for a mega's sake. It must be the best team fitting the concept.

You can also breed Agility into it or use it as a psysical wall with Cotton Guard to fish for paralysis. Eelektross at the end of the episode is in a good place. Check Eelektrik's level up movepool in Bulbapedia. If physical, evolve it after it gets Wild Charge and run WC, Brick Break, Acrobatics and I can't remember what else it gets. For special, evolve it after it gets Acht Spray and also run Discharge, Flamethrower and I thinki it gets Grass Knot. Let me check for a bit. Mobile is tough.

Golduck gets Icy Wind from the Agate Tutor to deal with Noivern and Aqua Jet via relearner to deal with Talonflame after rocks under the rain. Then spam Icy Wind to slow down Mega Altaria and send Gardevoir to finish the job.
