Crystal Plug (x4) The first is given to by Luna in the Beryl Wall (7th Street outside of the Subseven Sanctum), the next three are found after progressively solving the crystal puzzles in Iolia Valley Yureyu Key After obtaining the second Crystal Plug return to Tanzan Mountain West, go to the tunnel from where Sapphira came out the first time, use it on the glowing green crystal, jump down the lowest square of the ledge, reach the exit of the tunnel, go through the Chrysolia Pass into the Wasteland Cave, solve the massive strength puzzle to activate the three light pillars, solve the Strength boulder dropping puzzle to climb to the other side of the Wasteland Wall and reach it Ripped from the Key Items section of the newest Item Guide. In short, follow the story, enter Iolia, grab the green Crystal Plug and you're good.

That's why in the newest Item Guide we have a section called "Items to summon/obtain event Pokemon, to help you find all that good stuff!

Other than the first three, the rest's in-game already. Except of well, Aerodactyl, who's post-game. Anyway, there's always alternatives. Want Aerodactyl? Use Archeops. It levels up fast fast fast because it's a fossil. Want Scizor? Use Hustle Durant. There's a Wide Lens in the Route 1 Nature Center, not far from it. Want Gliscor? Use Flygon. No need to grind Coins anymore too, it's in a trade for Mothim. I used a Flygon in my first run. I liked it so much that I used two in my second. It gets Superpower if Trapinch reaches lvl 40 without evolving, and Bug Bite from 7th Street to spice things up. Want Gengar? Mismagius can come with Nasty Plot straight from the event. Sets one up and reks face, also can sponge Arceus with some Mystical Fire shenanigans, sweeps any version of Bennett, stops Serra's supercrits with Lucky Chant, just a ver resourceful Pokemon even before breeding moves via E12. Want Togekiss? Hope you get something better out of the mystery egg, because Togekiss is Togekiss Etc. Try new stuff out. There's alternatives to everything.

Solve all the blockades in South Aventurine from left to right and you'll reach the rightmost part, where there's a clearing with a pair already engaged. Fight one to get the other. Also, there's a visible Linkstone and a hidden Silverpowder I think?

Quick claws are actually held by wild Sandshrew and Sandslash and Meowth as well. That said, you can get the sticker needed, and the Quick Claw is the least reliable tactic to beat that thing. If you want a Focus Sash, they're under the Held Items section. I have to do the "held by wild mons" section sometime soon. Oh god.

So, I think the wording in the opening post is a bit confusing. Are teams with BOTH Goodra and Garchomp qualified?

Oh yeah, Beartic is a Swift Swimmer too! You can give it Aqua Jet for priority via relearner (prio by a SSer in rain deals with Talonflame), and spam Icicle Crash instead of Water moves on the other three. Just make sure to use the rain turns well.

Catch a Golduck or Floatzel from the mountains. Level it up. Change the ability into Swift Swim and make sure it has an Ice move (Ice Fang via relearner for Floatzel, Icy Wind via the Circus tutors for Golduck). Also give them Aqua Jet from the Circus relearner. Get a Damp Rock from the minable rocks if you don't have any. Give Amphy the Damp Rock, Rain Dance and perhaps even Thunder. Start with Amphy, set rain and spam Thunder to down Togekiss. Switch to your Swift Swimmer and oneshot the next 4 mons, Noivern with the Ice move, Archeops and Gliscor with rainboosted Water STABS and Talonflame with Aqua Jet. Spam the ice move on Altaria, and when the water mon goes down, throw everything at it. I guess Klinklang can survive an EQ, set a Gear Swift and take care of the job.
