Doesnt show or say on what Episode im on, my Pokemon Reborn is sortof "Glitchy" In what episode can you obtain a skrelp?

It just wont let me fish at Apophyll with the Rod selected or not, and ive spent all morning searching for Skrelp and It cant just be because im unlucky, I just cant find it in neither of the 3 spots, pokedex says Area Uknown. Sigh

It is on select, ive spent an hour on both the Island and coral ward and it wont let me fish at Apophyll selected or not. :v

Wont let me fish in Apophyll Beach, says I cant use the Good Rod there.

Hey ive been fishing in poisonous water with a Good rod, both at Azurine Island and the Coral Ward but I just cant seem to find him, I only keep finding Muks and Grimers, anyone else know where exactly can you get a Skrelp?

As I hate to say it, I play League and I have fun it but I just cant tolerate the trolls nor the flamers. :v ex Gold II Malzahar, Brand and Gragas main. I hate and love the game. :v
