Carbucle is known in two different parts of the World... Asia and Europe, in Asia it is known as a neko monster, or a cat goblin, in Europe they are just Omens known as the Carbucle... these Omens are supposed to repel bad karma... when i think Carbucle i think of the final fantasy series... in the FF series Carbucle was a summon that caused [b][color=#800080]MAGIC [/color][/b]to [b][color=#800080]BOUNCE [/color][/b]off you and your allies... but yes... number 4 is Espeon as for the goblins of kentucky... they are prankster creatures that a bunch of southern hicks claimed to have seen, they say that these creatures are UFOs... what the real reason behind this i do not know... but these stories caught Japan's curiosity and decided to make a pokemon based off of these creatures... they called it Sableye... here is a picture of a Hopkinsville Goblin...
