      It is located in the Radio Tower section. And as far as I know, it could be multiple sprites but probably through separate ordering.

      A little fiddling can have that work out just fine. Normally I have myself a peg or two lower since my mic can get fairly loud

      Prett sure it caps at 100 since me, Zim and TOmas once got one of Zim's ztatsues that high and it stopped at a certian number and I think it was 100 even lol

    this kinda backfires on people who haven't changes their member title yet :/ (people who still have the title of swimmer, bug-catcher, jr. trainer, etc) but for those who did change their member title (like me, and 99% of us) and for the people who change it on a daily basis (like Vinny. Kappa) rate those member titles! HOW TO PLAY: if you have ever participated in the rate the avatar/signature threads you know what to do! ~ have fun!

    like 99% of you guys, i too, am a fan of all this sci-fi cyborg crazy cool power shenanigans, but those things, could, and should remain as fiction. WE. ARE. HUMANS! we aren't some crazy man made ro-bo thingamajig with like cyborg arms and sharingan eyes, we ARE natures product. 100% genuine human! lets keep it that way and not kill ourselves with this robot nonsense!!! just my 2 cents in the matter~
