you dont need to delete e14, just download e15, unzip the files and start playing! no need to transfer any files, and since the save is located in the c-drive, it'll automatically read the save hope this helps

honestly, out of all those starters, squirtle is a starter exclusive? well i dont know of any event where squritle is found outside of the starter choices... just saying, since you can get the other starters in events... i think -
