Well as of episode 15 there's no longer a choice, you can only get Igglybuff. I definitely feel like it's a bit of an oversight, it pretty much trivializes any of the big boss pokemon. All you need is to at most tank one hit, then so long as you have a full team you win no questions asked. It's random but it's not something I think was intended to happen.

Playing Episode 15! Changes to Fairy Meteor Ambush Thief Lady mean Cleffa is no longer an option, and so I pick Igglybuff. See thread title! I'm reasonably sure this is from the whole event pokemon get random egg moves sometimes but uh, it feels just a little bit unbalanced to me that I just, have Perish Song before even fighting Fern for the first time.
