Where can I find Togepi?

What would you say if I tell you that you remind me a lot of "Noel" from Pokemon Reborn?

Can someone please change the Pokemon that I had received from the egg (Axew) to either a Togepi or Larvesta with epic speed please? Highly appreciated Edit: I decided not to change anything about the game, nor add any Pokemons. I'll just finish the game with whatever I can find. Thank you
