I think it's because Rock Climb is a Gen 4 TM, and Scolipede is from Gen 5. Though I suppose Jan should make it so that Gen 5 and 6 Pokemon can learn former generation moves (i.e. Whirpool and Defog). Anyway, try using the Move Relearner in Sheridan.

Kay, finished watching them all: Normal was nostalgic, I liked how the idea was to see every Pokemon in the Pokedex. I also like how they show Zangoose cutting down a tree when it can't learn Cut lol Fairy, obviously, was cute~ <3 Fighting was epic, loved how it like had an actual plot. Poison's music was really nice, and I loved the ending of it. I do question Swalot eating Gulpin and Roserade pulling out a thorny whip, though... Dark's pictures were a little disturbing, but the music was amazing. Ghost... Why do you do this to me ;_; I liked Rotom, though. The rest... *shivers* Psychic was even worse, believe it or not. Sabrina's Abra, Espurr, Spoink, Reuniclus, Gothorita, JYNX (where I had to pause the video and skip), and Gothitelle were so creepy T-T Please don't ever do that to me again.

Download E12 from the breeding guide at the top of Team Showcase sub-forum, and you'll be able to breed TM moves.

Yea, if you download E12 or lower (which you can look at the breeding guide or other threads for), breeding will utilize gen 5 mechanics.

Nope, but I think you can buy some Common Candies from a vendor in Agate Circus to lower your levels.

E14 ends after fighting Terra, although you don't have to finish it before installing E15.

Dragalge, when you get it, does learn some Water type moves like Surf, so I don't think Wingull is really necessary after you get a Skrelp. Gulpin isn't that great, to be honest... I recommend just using something strong like Hariyama like Raiden said or Kricketune temporarily, as it's one of the best early game Pokemon.

Chesnaught: Spiky Shield = No zombie can get to me. Plus Chesnaught is pretty strong with things like Seed Bomb and Hammer Arm. Blastoise: It has cannons. RIP zombies. Also used for water transport (and maybe flying too because Green did it) Phanpy: I read the chapter of the manga in which Emerald used Phanpy for Pickup. Pickup would be a handy Ability to have, and Phanpy is my favorite of the Pokemon that get it. Plus Earthquake spam can be a thing, ya know. Blissey: One of best clerics there is AND free eggs. I'll never starve. Talonflame: Let all the zombies burn. And I can fly. Tropius: Fruit in case Blissey for some reason faints and can't give anymore eggs. Also, Tropius is sometimes used as an HM Slave, so there's that utility too.

Get Max Tempo, meaning all of the chambers have to have Max Flow.

If you're up to Shade, you can fight start another Magma quest and beat the Aqua boss for access to his alley.
