Where can I find the focus band or focus sash? The focus band can be found in a "broken rock" according to this thread but exactly where is this broken rock?
One is inside a barrel of waste in the Bysbixion Tunnels (there are two side by side, the one on the left has the Focus Sash) and one underneath the Grand Stairway, near the place with all the ledges. Take the far right path and eventually you will happen across a rock, it has one as well.
