Well for a bit longer run (lets say to around lvl 30) I could suggest getting Vivillon and keeping that Misdreavus. First because it can be quite useful, especially for a gym around that lvl (not going to spoil if you didnt play or forgot from v4), and the second one becaus combined with oddish/gloom and its status effects the hex learned at lvl 23 can be huge if used well.

A new shiny hunter is coming !
CrazySheriff replied to MikoLAqualiChromatique's topic in Welcome Center
Welcome to the forum! I see you are hunting shinies, good luck. But man you have lots of free time just for that Turtwig And I wont even comment the amount for the Oshawott.... -
Not a previous version but a previous save file. If you didnt save in the bugged space thats the best, then you just start the game and go from the save before. But if you did save in that bugged spot (which I suppose you did) , then just go to : you disk name/users/your user name/saved games/pokemon rejuvenation and there delete the file "Game" (if you are really stuck) and there you rename the file which you want to play to "Game". So if you saved for example 20 times, and the 20th was the bugged spot just rename the 19th save to "Game" and you are good to go. Hopefully I was clear enough.

My one and only, known as American virgin and perverted genius girl, Christina! Or you can just call her Kurisu... I mean look at how fabulous she is. Ok perhaps this represents better.- 186 replies

I think your best bet is to go to the previous save, and try again (make sure to heal before as there are no healing machines before the battle). Just save infront of her and softreset until you win.

Pokemon Location Guide (Rejuvenation) [V11 Updated]

Pretty sure that I found some in the sewers. Perhaps you are just out of luck?- 1493 replies

Well looking at the Pokemon you have I may suggest using Duslops. Curse+ quick claw can get rid of the biggest threat or more if you have some revives and are ok with using them.

Rejuvenation Chronicles: Valerie's Revenge
CrazySheriff replied to Dragon God Goomy's topic in Rejuvenation
Vileplume can be a great asset, even with all those ice beams from the opponents. That Giga Drain does a lot of damage and heals nicely, killed 3 before it went down. Perhaps add a Quick claw as well and wreck with sleep powder/giga drain. But I advise picking one with decent nature/ivs ( also picking oddish from the start is good too to gain some evs in spa/spd) because that can make the difference in taking only one 2 hits or 3. -
Glad to see that its not ALL to my lack of skill. As I said, I used it till the end (pretty much most of my team was from lvl 20 or so, my little family). So Voltorb/Electrode hm? If I am correct, wiith decent Iv/ev/nature it could actually be faster than some of Vals pokemon despite her field. WIll try him or Elekid next run

Pretty much as the title says, I am curious about Manectrics potential. I heard (mostly in Reborn) that its a good pick, so I decided to go with it in this run. The ivs werent perfect (everything between 15 and 25), and the nature was neutral. But I have to say after completing the game that I was slightly dissapointed. Its peak was when it had learned Discharge and thats about it. I ended up mostly using it if I wanted to paral. something, and if I am lucky to score a decent hit. And also the Slow level rate didnt help in my eyes either. So I ask, was I wrong about it being good or was it simply my lacking skils that proved to be ineffective with it? The moves I had where T.wave(just to be sure), Disharge, Wild Charge and Magma Drift.

I'm about to grab my balls with this game....
CrazySheriff replied to Kiryuu's topic in Rejuvenation
I wish I went to the forum after downloading the game, if I knew how rare it was I would have rolled with anything else. Cant return the ~200 resets but oh well got a nice fennekin in the end Is there a specific number/rate on the jackpot? -
Just a few more, 6.2 version. In advance, sorry if any of these have been already reported, I am trying to avoid spoilers until I am done with the game. Time to surf! Using surf on the rock if I remember correctly can do this. Part of a tree out of nowhere. Only the upper part of the rock, and I can go through it. (also on that route I can go through some(or all? ) swimmers. The house between Wispy and Goldenleaf. Gotta move fast in the house. Also able to walk here. Now 2 without pics I am afraid. One is after beating Val, I surfed to the right and I was able to go over the "strong waves" for some reason. I started from the very bottom. As proof I can only say that I came to the end of the map on the right and saw some black screen. Other thing, I used Sand Tomb in Ambers gym, and as stated in the notes it should remove the field. Such thing didnt happen. And for the end, I managed to get a script hang error while browsing through the pc. I saw once something like that in Reborn bug reporting but not sure if that is something like a bug thats fixable or not.

I am playing on 6.2 and it seems that losing to Nim before Akuwa town is not fixed. I got stuck. Also few tile stuff: (both sides are the same) And this was on 6.1, probaly same in 6.2 : (cant step on the tile infront) Also I think in the cutscene when the Goldenleaf town gym leader leaves the Wispy tower she steps on a rock( I think).

Both of them can be beaten with many different strategies, from Pokemon with good abilities (stuff like Prankster,Static and similar stuff that put an effect on them, etc), Pokemon that can take hits without Focus Sash( Torterra for example vs Garchomp), Pokemon that can setup with stuff like bulk up, and all the way to Pokemon that can just stall the crap out of the opponent till the Toxic or something kills them ( Swalot toxic+ Sceptile detect ftw ). You just need to think a bit outside of the box and think some other way to beat them then you may usually do. For a casual player like me to see how useful its to use status effect was like a miracle. Now I always have a Pokemon just for that.

Wow I also didnt expect to see that much applications. There sure is an interesting bunch of people on this forum Anyways congrats to the "winners" , even if I am a new guy on this forum I still saw most of the guys and their work on this forum and I am sure they will be a huge help to the development team.

Oh my, this came out of nowhere. I dont know anything about rpgmaker but I seriously didnt think it was capable of things like this. And its always nice to see developers pushing even harder with brand new things. Thumbs up !

I see that people talk about the story. Was it just "supplemented" (same exact story with more details) or are there some real changes (same story but some new things happen to the characters and some other things may not happen in this version). If there are real changes to the story which are relevant then I will gladly start once more

Just use a Torkoal right and it can do magic. Also the Mawile can be useful too. Amphy is a goddess but there are some other diamonds you can use

I didnt finish it yet, but so far its interesting.I will write so far what I think with +/- ( if I find bugs they will ofc be a - ) Interesting start, it kind of is a copy of Rejuvenation( ship wreck etc.) but it has some differences and I dont mind it. (+/-) Well the player intro (the thing in the dream) was strange but I like it! Kind of tired of the usual professor or just some other person going by the script the same as always. (+) Figures of Terra and Madame X, both giving credits to their respective games, and some other references like mentioning their regions (+) Strange people on the board of the ship (always a + for me) when leaving any room in the "basement", the room's to the right has its door slightly open and then the animation closes the door. (-) I like the idea how you get the first Pokemon by answering some questions, like in Mistery Dungeon if I remeber (+) Boring and repetitive Pokemon on start. Well this is probably just me hating those gen 3 early game Pokemon but still. But on the other side what would be a good early Pokemon ? Its up to you ofc. (kind of - but its only because of my taste) Some sprites can be improved, like Connors or of the villagers but as you said, you will do it later. But I dont mind the other ones so much. Still looking forward to some improvements (+/-) A little detail but I dont like that from all the Pokemon its the Tediursa early on that has its own event. With the same( I think? ) text it reminds me too much of Reborn (-) Interesting "call" function. As I said, I didnt play to the end yet but will the others (Rivals and Gym leaders) have it too? Still a plus for the idea. (+) 16 gyms, always a (+) You get 5 Poke balls on start, but I think I had 7? Cant remeber correctly. And thats all so far, I will finish the game probably tomorrow if I dont find more time today and will post more opinions. And so far barely any bugs/ tile errors, good job

Just like the guy above said ^^ Reborn episode 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,15.1,rejuvenation 2,4,5, some other fan made and now this. Cant wait
-
Yeah its a fun game, saw it on some youtubers channel. I have no idea why its so fun, but I always spend 30 or so mins to relax in it.
-
Ampharos is a lot better. But Raichu is really fun, so if you want something more challenging in your next run take the fat Raichu
-
Good strategy for sure, but try next time to beat him with something else AND without Focus sash

I would say they are, considering my experience with Reborn for example, and devs usually point them out too. Pokecenters most of the time dont change at all, and also you are inside of a building. Now I am sorry if I dont explain this well, but I will take the Reborn main city as example. Between the updates/versions/episodes many things in the city changed, and many of those things are map related. So by saving somewhere outside, and changing from that version to another in which that part of the map was slighty changed can leave you in some strange places(like on some buildings out of nowhere because the road was changed and now is replaced by a building for example) or can even end up not loading at all/crashing because you can load your position because map2xxx something is now missing. But saving inside of Pokecenter that doesnt change at all and exiting it to the new/remodeled map makes no issues. Hopefully I described well enough, if someone can make it better feel free

You can continue the game from where you finished. But keep in mind to save in a safe spot before going to v6 (pokecenter is a safe bet).
