when your computer freezes and you lose 5 hours of work because maya decided to toss away all savestates made in the past 5 hours and reverts to one from before i opened maya. fuck this vertical croissant bullshit
one time i was trying to make a door rotate along the z axis and the result was the door being rotated on the y axis and x axis and also being displaced a certain distance
i ended up coding it as a matinee instead, which worked, but we were never able to figure out why it didn't work using timetables and keyframe animation...
