That's in the ORAS Learnset. It might be that Xatu has XY's learnset, so it would learn psychic at level 66, unfortunately.

Did you upgrade to version 5-5? Because if you didn't, then the happiness checker in the velvet appartments would still be there and crash your game if you talk to her. 5-5 removed her from the game. Also, I think there was a post which had locations of pokemon which you could use to train ev's with.

No, I'm afraid not. The only way that you could have kept an old savefile is if you made backups of your game.rxdata file, which is the file that contains your save. Once overwritten, you won't be able to change it back to a previous savestate.

I'm not sure if it's correct, but I think people have been saying that you only can encounter Budew in the morning. If you haven't tried that, I suggest try finding a budew in the morning.

i rarely see anyone using charmander so i guess you could try to use it? it does pretty well during the game despite having quite a few weaknesses. as long as you have a balanced team aside from that it won't hurt to have it tho :0

Ampharos is a good addition to have, imo It's a really good status inflicter tbh and it's helped me out a ton in my playthrough :0

The worst thing is when you do your best on something, then let someone look at it who's good at the thing you've been trying to make, and then you get the feeling they're expecting of you to be as good as them while they have years more experience in what you had to do. Yep, there's only frillish around the parts of goldenleaf and wispy path. There's no other pokemon you can find in the water there
