we do have the files on a hard copy, but the last complete backup we have is from before the beta, just around the time when alpha finished. so unfortunately we do have to redo a couple of things, but we also still have a couple of separate files laying about that contain some fixes so not all is lost!! we just need to make sure that everything works without bugging out so we just gotta keep testing for a little longer! probably just a week extra at most, it's not too much really.

hey! so uh. that was a thing. A lot of shit has been happening the past two days or so, but to put the long story short; Someone apparently has managed to plant a keylogger on the shared dev drive and took control of most of our computers. We've managed to remove it from the drive, AFAIK everything's back to working as should and we've tightened up protection so this shouldn't happen again!! But unfortunately we actually did lose a couple of scripts that were added during the beta while everything was freaking the fuck out and we can't roll back to a version where it's not gone, so unfortunately we'll have to delay the game's release a little bit longer untill everything's back in place and ready to go. This is also why the beta has been set back to 55% -- because now we need to test again if everything is working as it did before. Also, I'd like to formally apologize if anyone was thinking that the game was gonna come out this week and that this was our good ol' tradition of trolling the fans at the end of the dev cycle, because we actually had something completely different in mind for the whole thing... Just that, well, this whole shitshow happened in between?? ngl this is probably the scariest fucking thing that's happened in the entirety of the time that i've been helping with the game (i'm talking about like 5 years and thats long hrgrhgh) and i'm still actually reeling??? but i'm just happy that i can actually log in to my account still because holy fuck this was not good for my heart Again, sorry that we have to make you guys wait longer than we hoped for We're doing our best to get back up to speed!! As there's been a recent influx of people drawing fanart/making a fanwork of the game and/or creating OC's for Rejuvenation specifically, it only seems appropriate that an official, pinned thread gets opened for the people who have drawn fanart of the game! The old ones kept getting buried, so now there's one thread that will permanently be pinned to the subforum so it's easy to find. The only thing we ask of you is that any drawings made within a month of the most recent version's release are put in a spoiler to avoid spoiling people on accident - other than that, go ham! Also, it doesn't matter whether it's old or new stuff you've made -- if you've made any, feel free to post it here. We'd love to see it! (it's very good motivation for the dev team btw we love u guys, enjoying the game enough to draw something for it is something that never gets old to us!!! thank you!!!!!)

This is a known issue, unfortunately we don't really know why it has a delay or how to fix it (as it might depend on your pc or on rpgmaker being trash itself) so your best bet to not have battles take too long is to use the speed up function.

Hey guys! With Alpha testing practically complete outside of a few bug fixes, we're moving on to the beta stage very soon. As some people have been asking -- will the beta have signups again? Will beta-chan return? Unfortunately, the answer to this is no. To be as transparent with you guys as we can, our reasoning for this is that during the beta for V11, the update's contents was leaked before release, likely due to one of the beta testers having sent either the game or spoilers to an external group of people. As we were not able to completely pin down who the person was who leaked information, we had to cut down on a lot of testers and stick to a smaller group of people who we know are trustworthy. Our apologies go out to those who have been taken off the beta testing list -- but we want to keep the update's content a surprise for everyone and therefore don't want to risk people spoiling it for others as a result. On a more positive note however!
