For a first attempt, this is very well done! But if you want to keep on improving, I'd say that you should look up some shading and hair tutorials (deviantart has PLENTY) as those will help you learn new things and improve on them. Other than that, well done!

There's difficulty modes for a reason. Some people have a hard time with casual mode already, so even if it's too easy for you it doesn't mean other people will think the same. Having a game that's nearly impossible to beat will scare off a lot of people from playing as it doesn't appeal to a wide audience, only a select few people who are really into the hard challenges the game would offer. Yes, some rebalancing may be in place at some point for the fight if it turns out to be too easy for a lot of people on multiple difficulties, but it also heavily depends on what mons you have on your team, so for now it's not going to happen unless it's proven that it's absolutely necessary.

You get it after the main story for V8 is finished from Krystal, so just keep playing for now.

Well, Jan DID say that it would be a short episode. I'd recommend restarting the game so you can experience the improved areas that previously already existed as well!

Welcome to the forums, batobatoh! You can find the community rules to the left, so make sure to read those so you know what you can and cannot do on the forums. Also, it depends on how much content an episode has! Episode 16 just happens to have a LOOOT of content, so it'll probably take another while until E16 is released.

You can revert to an old save by going into your saved game folder. "C:\Users\[uSERNAME]\Saved Games\Pokemon Rejuvenation" should be the location of the savefiles, and you can delete your current Game.rxdata and rename an older savefile to Game.rxdata. That way you can revert to a previous savestate and it'll be possible to grind up a bit! Hope that'll help!
