I got my first game when I was 4 years old and got a gameboy color with Pokémon blue for my birthday. ...Probably one of the biggest mistakes my parents could've made since it's how I got and stayed into gaming LOL -
There's also an help center quest in Sheridan which rewards you with a Blue Moon Ice Cream item, which skyrockets your friendship + restores 200 hp when used on a single Pokémon.

Regarding point 2, the move relearner indeed only works during the night, and the link hearts are sold by a merchant on Route 3 during the day. She may not always be there though. Either way, welcome to Reborn! As someone else already pointed out, the community rules are found on the left. Enjoy your stay~
