This isn't a bug; there should be crystals around that should be interactable and change the mood of the mountain. Try finding a smaller white or blue crystal.

If you want someone to create a file for you where you have a specific pokemon for a challenge run, you should try finding someone who has the PBS files to do that for you. Other than that, there are indeed no options to customize your save on your own.

I AM known for messing around with people so take everything i say here about speculation with a grain of salt :3ccc Amber's name is obviously derived from Ember, and Angie's name means angel/messenger, which seems fitting for the occupation she has as a messanger of arceus. there's different reasons for most names, but you have to dig a bit deeper to figure some of them out c:then again, that doesnt really have to do anything with the first letter of the name, so honestly you should try to look into name meanings some more to find out what types they have, maybe? except saki's name doesn't really have an explanation/meaning if you didn't already figure out yet what her type is

adam really doesn't seem like the type to use flying types though so i'd doubt it i mean in the older versions of rejuv he fucked up 2 guards by knocking them into rocks so

Adam is definitely not the psychic gym leader, I can tell you that much. In fact, I'm pretty sure his typing is obvious despite (iirc) not being stated directly.

Dusknoir isn't exactly axed, it's simply just not available due to that the Reaper Cloth isn't available yet. It probably won't take many versions anymore for it to be in the game, though.
