Oh, the dev team does actually look at commentary on the game outside of this forum, so it's not like criticism and suggestions for improvement are only noticed if they're posted on-site. Considering the game's been around for a while and been discussed in many places, there's been a fair few opportunities to read up on less flattering commentary (including a number of 4chan threads, naturally). As of now, from glancing over the thread, it'd seem like most of what's been said/criticized is the same stuff that's been discussed and acknowledged many times in the past already. Issues like map/sprite design, shiny designs ranging from great to "black/gray again?", and clumsy storytelling are common complaints people have with the game, so I'm not surprised to see them pop up in a LP thread. There's bound to be a bunch of people who haven't played the game before and/or been active in our community, so what's 'old' complaints to users here is new material to discuss for them. It's easy to be miffed at people for not being 'nice' about criticizing something one likes, but I wouldn't dismiss it on that principle. I may check up on the LP in a bit when there's more content, though I'll have to admit for now I'm not really sold on the writing style. I just really like seeing what people have to say about moments in the game that i hated or loved. It's fun.

Ah, the post editor is a bit weird, haha. To post an image, click the button in the bottom right corner that reads "Insert other media" - then you can insert an image by copypasting its URL, for example from your blog (seeing as you've already got the art uploaded there) or by uploading it to a host like imgur and then using the URL provided there. Though alternatively, you can also just copy the image URL and paste it into the editor right away - the post editor embeds content automatically and then asks you if you'd like to keep it that way, or if you want to have it displayed as a URL instead. So copypasting an image URL into it will turn it into the image right away.

Does your medium of communication have an impact on how badly you are affected? I remember when I was trying to get over the breakup with my ex, I had to distance myself from him physically and refrain from seeing him for a while, because spending time with him in person hurt too much and tempted me to try to get closer to him again. But I managed to get used to texting him just fine; of course it wasn't heartache-free in the beginning, but it was significantly less difficult to handle than being around him. You'll often be much more aware of your physical attraction to a person when you're around them/can see them, so if you're the type to feel bad because you can't have the physical aspects - hugging, cuddling, kissing, all kinds of touches - then text-based conversations may help you. It can also help to set boundaries for your interactions. If you feel like certain urges (like 'being protective') are linked to your attraction to her, then it may be best if you avoid situations in which you think you have to do these things. If you keep ending up in situations where you act in a way that's driven by your romantic feelings, it may only reinforce those feelings. It is okay for you to say "hey, this is a bit too much for me right now, I don't think I can handle this". Yes, it can feel to you as if you are a bad friend if you have to tell her 'sorry, this is as far as I can go'. But you have to restrain yourself if you want to succeed. A balanced friendship (or any relationship, really) is equal amounts of taking and giving. Don't offer her things she cannot repay. Similarly, she should not take advantage of things you're only willing to do out of attraction. If you think that what she is giving you so far isn't enough to make the friendship fulfilling for you, then you're probably not compatible as friends either. If she truly values her friendship with you as a person, and not just because of what you want to give her out of your romantic feelings, then she'll understand and hopefully be able to do her part to make sure you can build up the necessary emotional distance. But that's if you're sure you want to keep that contact. If you feel like it would be best for you to stay away from her completely, then I'd fully second what Felix said - make a decision and stick to it, for both of yours' sakes.

I'm actually doing that already :3c It's quite fun. I'm a huge fan of "animal themed" runs where your theme is like, dog pokemon, fish pokemon, etc. yknow... that stuff. It's adorable. I also love doing character runs, where you take the team of a character from, for example, the official games (if it's doable), and then try to beat the game with that team.

As of E16, you find the West form in Chrysolia Spring, and the East form in the grass on Azurine Island c: In previous episodes you got the East Form in the Spring as well, but it was changed, and if you caught an East Form in there it got changed to West as well.

Silvally is the only one that matters. Other than that, nothing for my main team. But I'll like having Toucannon on my Normalbird team, and Bruxish for the Psychic run.

More importantly, I'd like to question how Camerupt didn't blow up in the meantime. Tbh when you beat him in a few turns, maybe because you used DBond/Perish Song/whatever, that line just sounds like a really lame excuse. Idk if it was meant to make him sound arrogant, but it sounds more like 'y-you only won because I let you...!' In this context it actually makes sense, and I enjoy the idea that he had to stand there and watch. This whole time. Thinking to himself 'are you fucking kidding me'. Regretting that he thought highly enough of me to expect an honorable battle. I don't know what he was expecting from a trainer who brought an Unfezant to the battle.

Solaris vs. My Normal/Flying Bird team. No Perish Song/Destiny Bond shenanigans here, so I figured... stall. We got Roost, we can do that. I started out with Pidgeot, and managed to somehow land not one, but three Feather Dance thanks to a Focus Sash and sheer luck from Dragon Rush missing. This caused Garchomp to be unable to knock out any of my birds in one hit, letting me Roost them back to health over and over again. Normally that'd have been pretty boring, as stall is, especially when your opponent has Leftovers and some Restores. But I had the time of my life because there's that glitch where when you go to select an item and then back out of the selection of what 'mon to use it on, the battlefield may go black. Well... the battle therefore looked like this: ...That said, I kind of liked stalling here because it's such a cheap way to battle. If Solaris expected me to try and prove my skill, I was all too happy to disappoint him. Unfortunately I lost Unfezant to a critical hit :c

Yeah I had that moment twice with the game. My name is Amalia and my nickname is Ama, so Amaria and Ame both got a chuckle out of me. I imagine life must be quite confusing for the Meteors in your game. 'The hell do you mean, ZEL destroyed the PULSE?' - 'No, you idiot, the other Zell. Zellllllllll.'

Ohey, Psychic was my first Monotype run, too! It's such a fun type to start with because even in Reborn you'll eventually have a lot of Pokémon to choose from and there's so many useful dual types. Best of luck with this run! Shelly can be a bit tough due to the limited number of 'mons you can get at the time, but if it's any sort of encouragement, I beat her with a team of 4 (Braixen, Meowstic-F, Grumpig, and... Munna? Musharna? Hell if I remember). So if you're less of a fool than me and complete your team, I'm sure you'll get it done. For Luna I mostly used Malamar and Gardevoir; I remember sending out Delphox first and Tyranitar getting rid of the field effect for me because it used EQ. She's not as much of a threat because you'll have a good pool of 'mons to pick from by the time you reach her. I'll be keeping an eye on this, me thinks~

Jaaaaaasmiiiiii okay so since my initial communication with you was mostly just this, I'll throw it in here because it needs to be said in a place where it doesn't get buried between dramatic Celine Dion lyrics. Your art has improved a ton since I first saw it when you posted your first set of Reborn art alll the way back. Everything, from the anatomy to the backgrounds and the shading/lighting to the textures has gotten better and better and it's really showing how much effort you've put into your art for this past year and more. I get excited every time I see you post something new because you always outdo yourself somehow. The set of Serra art is a great example - just look at her face and the clothes! I adore the dress especially, folds are a pain to draw. I mean. Just compare! ...Also jfc half the art in my ZEL folder is yours and this is the opposite of a problem. I love your art so much! Competitive Meowstic for me, too. She was one of the most useful Pokémon on my psychic team, and every time an opponent triggered her ability I felt a little more smug. In my first run, though, I'm guilty as charged of using only 'mons that were already favourites of mine.

Was gonna say Lumineon as well. I really love that fish's design, and dammit I've tried using it. It works well enough with the canon games because ez, but I did have to kick it off my Rejuvenation team :c It was my first shiny there, too. It's my favourite pokéfish design-wise.

Technically we're way past the spoiler lock for E16, so it's not required to warn for spoilers in the title any more. People tend to do it anyway sometimes, but more out of convenience. Considering Ame did say she wanted to get rid of her in-game character, I doubt we'll see her make a comeback from the dead. But I do hope the consequences of the death will be properly explored in the story. Nothing's more frustrating than character deaths that everyone just seems to forget about the morning after. While she's never been a very active participant in the story prior to the Devon assault, it'd be nice to see the general public reacting to the news of her death somehow. Maybe just through dialogue of NPCs in the grand hall, or the TV. PS: OP gets approval points from me for that Klinklang on their team. I can respect that.

Generally speaking, humans like comparing what they have in common with others, being able to sort themselves and each other into groups, and creating a feeling of belonging/being part of something. As a highly social species we're hard-wired to.
