  1. Don't waste your time on it. I found other images that are affected - the image used for mining, some shiny sprites and arrows in the bag. Anyway as said earlier all of them can be fixed by running them through a PNG compression tool before using your program.

  3. Yep I completely agree. Besides I always thought that RAWRCHOMP is a bit too fast. With his level advantage it can easily OHKO most pokes which makes him very difficult to deal with. In my 3 playthroughs I think I always defeated him only because the AI screw up and didn't use the right move that would OHKO my Garchomp-killer pokemon.
  4. There is only one in Tanzan Cove... Take a tour around the lake, you'll find him.
  5. 1) Yep Super Rod is available. Got it from some fisherman (surprise)... 2) Nope. 3) Those are bodies of Meteors killed by Saphira's Dragonite several episodes ago. There is actually a side-quest related to that. Talk to the fisherman.

  8. So in most pokemon games including Reborn you have to often have a HM slave or two on your team to move around cerain areas. In Reborn we can just overwrite a HM move with other TM / level-up / move tutor moves (thank God Ame). But of course when going to areas like E16 Azurine Lake or Celestinine Cascade you still have to bring your Bibarel Brobarel. Come on why can't we ride on a Lapras if it doesn't know Surf? Why can't Conkeldur push a bolder unless he knows Strength? Doen't make sense. And switching between battle pokemons and HM slaves all the time is really not something I enjoy. Another extreme are HM items (like in Zeta/Omicron) - I'm not too fond of that either. It somehow breaks the pokemon experience if you ask me. My suggestion is to let any pokemon that can learn a HM move to perform it in the overworld (if you have the badges) regardless whether the pokemon actually knows the move or not.
  9. When you go from surfing back to land there is no animation or dialog, the character just jumps off his pokemon and walks on. When you want to surf you need to go through the annoying dialog whether or not you want to surf every single time. And then watch an animation. I think surfing should be automatic without dialogue as well whenever you try to walk into a square of water (if you have a pokemon with Surf and the badge of course). It would greatly help with certain geyser-strength puzzle in one new E16 cave. The puzzle is great but you need to switch between walking and surfing all the time and the dialog makes it very annoying. Surfing around the Azurine island with all the green walkable patches would be far easier as well.
  10. No it did not. Or at least I don't remember it. I'm suggesting it to be changed to what is currently the new Gym music. Farnsworth above said that he would use the new gym music for Fern instead and Victoria should use the old Rival music. Well maybe - I didn't give that much thought honestly. The old music is indeed way more epic which is why I prefer it for Gym leaders. Especially in Hardcore but even in regular Reborn since my restrictions make even those fights quite intense sometimes.
  11. So am I the only one who thinks the old Gym and Reverse-Gym tracks were better than the new ones? It's not like I dislike the new ones, I wouldn't mind if they were used somewhere. They're just not fitting as Gym music if you ask me. I don't exacly want this reverted if other people like the new ones. It's easy enough to swap them. But if there are other people with the same opinion then I do have a suggestion. I'm not too fond of the Rival music and it doesn't feel right for both Fern and Victoria using the same music. So my suggestion would be like this: - old Gym music - use for gyms (except Terra & Shade) - old Reverse Gym music - use for Shade - new Gym music - use for Victoria - new Reverse Gym music - use for Victoria's E16 battle - Rival music - leave that to the Loser

And there are some problems with the site to be taken care of apparently. Well we have waited for over a year. Now I think we're looking at about 2 more unbearable weeks and then we might get our best Christmas gift. ;-)
