hey yall, recently my computer as destroyed along with my reborn data, but fortunately, i haad a copy saved in a message! unfortunately, the file is in a glitched (bugged?) position in the water treatment facility that i physically cant progress past, due to losing a fight and water going back up, not able to be put back down. would anyone be able to have a llook at this and fix me up?

i /could/ but my last save is near rthe start of the facility, and im not interested in redoingover hours what could probably be fixed in abut 5 minuites by someon who knows what they are doing

im stuck in the water treatment plant, i lost a fight and cant get the water backdown, ive attached a screenshot and game file, as i recall hearing that it was impossible to fix this myself Game.rxdata

title pretty much says it, but specifically, is it (going to be) an hm, like cut and require a badge, or something like headbutt that can be used in the field if a pokemon learns it somehow? also, slightly relates, whats the go with heathers fathers(forgot his name) pokemon in the cave south of shades powerplant? and the spiderwebs in the adventurine forest? and adventurine forest in general? much thanks in advance!
