I'm stuck at this part. I do indeed have the Beryl Key, i dunno what does yet cause ive been walking around for past 2 hours. But i go back into the room and everytime I fight the Electrode it spams Explosion before i get a chance to do anything, and on the occasions where im faster that it, It always dies. v_v Any suggestions?

I've tried to get a Steelix and a Huntail. My onyx had Metal Coat and my Clampearl has DeepSeaTooth. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES. [Which is why I always save before i think something could go wrong] But I give them the MC and DST. Then I use the linkstone and i get a message that says "It wont have any effect." and the the most amazing thing happens!♥♥♥ IT DISAPPEARS!!! THE METAL COAT AND DEEPSEATOOTH ARE GONE. but like i said, i always save because of my paranoia. But Any help or suggestions? Please and Thank you
