Seconding Shin Megami Tensei AKA Death to my Play Coins Seconding Bravely Default (Maybe in part just because of the title screen) Now, as a fun activity, let's see if someone will mention Undertale, despite it not being a JRPG, and how it appears you've obviously already played it.

What's your strategy when designing field effects? Do you lean more towards covering a gym leader's weaknesses, building an environment, or giving the player a new strategy for playing? Additionally, will we see more ways to transform the field effects at will? Personally, I'd like to be able to go from Corrosive Mist, to the Burning Field, to the Mirror Field, to the Crystal Caverns all in one battle. Also, will we see any instances of general NPCs learning to manipulate the environment instead of just accepting that they're using an ineffective Pokemon for their terrain? I really love the concept of field effects, but currently, they seem to come across more as a gimmick in some cases than as an actual layer of strategy (especially in field effects that appear only once, like the Mirror Field, and the Chessboard Field). Was I asking a question or making a suggestion?

The level cap is at 100, like all other Pokemon games. However, they will stop listening to you past level 80. So really, it would probably be more optimal if I just concluded the level cap is 80. In conclusion, the level cap is 80. TL;DR: 80

Perhaps it has more to do with the fact that Pokemon itself is an RPG? Of course, the game itself is aware of these levels by setting caps to balance out gameplay, but that doesn't mean levels itself are attributable to the gym leaders' or admins' strength. For a game to be worthwhile to play, there must be a smooth, clean curve of progression guiding us through. We can't have level 70s sicced on us before facing Julia behind the sheer thought process that we are facing an Admin. Likewise, we shouldn't question why the Youngsters in Peridot Ward are generally weaker than those in Obsida Ward. As levels are more of a game mechanic than a plot-point; they're more representative of the point you are in the game, not the power of the rival you're facing. Amethyst, however, has done some very unique things with the levels, especially in cases of throwing higher-leveled boss pokemon who intend to shock you with their relative strength. These are done decisively; all in all, each relative jump in level aims to guide your morale throughout the game to Ame's specifications. It's the game, not the player.

That would be your Battle Sprites, then -- if memory serves. When you downloaded Pokemon Rejuvenation, all of the images were also downloaded to your computer, by accessing the folder for Pokemon Rejuvenation that you downloaded, you should be able to copy the pictures for your personal use. Basically, go to the folder that Pokemon Rejuvenation came in; you probably downloaded Pokemon Rejuvenation in Documents, but if you were especially creative, you may of positioned it elsewhere. Pokemon Rejuvenation From there, go to Graphics, then Characters Pokemon Rejuvenation -> Graphics -> Characters Once you get to the correct folder, you can track down the files you want by typing in these: trainer000.png, trainer001.png, trainer003.png, trainer004.png, trainer141.png, trainer142.png You might not have the ".png" extension, but that's okay. It's still the same thing. By the way, this is one of those forums that asks you edit your post to avoid posting two times in a row, it might take a bit to adjust to that but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.

I worry about it a bit, but I limit myself. Every time I decide to add a new pokemon to my team, I catch said Pokemon three times, then I select which one I'll add to the team based off of the stats each one has.

Additionally, they would keep Heather in that position as she still holds her keystone. Hmm... can we at least agree that the Elite Four and Four Keystones have some kind of connection? I mean seriously, these four keystones are everywhere, all OVER the town.

I have both games, and Mega Stones are typically easy to come by with all the guides posted out there. Additionally, with the Friend Safari Board on Reddit, it should be simple to retrieve anything which appears there, It is possible to battle against people in ORAS with X/Y, right? Either way, if not, I have two weeks, so I can make an effort to transport them over, all I would have to do is recover their held items. I didn't quite anticipate Greninja to be a Spike Setter wholeheartedly, but he is supposed to be my lead. Toxic Spikes, in addition to inflicting poison, provides one outlet to use Protean to change types in anticipation of Fairies. Taunt also provides coverage against opposing setters. Additionally, I felt I needed another Special Attacker due to Gothitelle and Gengar being my only means of eliminating Physical Walls. I can see where that could be a bit shaky, but Taunt is a must for me, as that and Perish Song is my means of stopping potential sweepers in their tracks. Clonkeldor sounds like an interesting addition, as I could always switch into Gothitelle in the event of particularly bulky Water Types, and the Flame Orb actually is a brilliant choice. However, I'm reluctant to replacing Gengar with Salamence, as Gengar is the one pokemon that is fully ready at the moment, and I'm skeptic of including two Physically Attacking dragon types, since I already have Garchomp.

Considering this is mostly built to combat against a group of 20 or so people, what adaptions should I take in forming this team (I already think I have a distinct advantage because I IV bred all of these in game where not everyone probably IV bred, but I'm thinking there might be a few people that have). Any nitpicks are appreciated.

You know a plot is well-crafted when you can discuss it, empathize with it, and (with attentiveness and thought) predict it, and come up with haphazard conclusions. Reborn keeps me interested in that way, I especially enjoy how the Gym Leaders (no even common grunts) are depicted as their own characters. Reborn, in addition to its infamous cruelty, has an expansive amount of detail. I don't like when the game expects you to follow two different conversations at once, though. Sometimes that gets confusing if you're not paying attention.

Personally, I believe Lin actually could be the champion, albeit in an alternate persona. For a leader of an evil team, she doesn't quite like to be seen all that often. Additionally, during our only encounter with her thus far, other members of the league seemed to vaguely recognize her. Why exactly would she seem vaguely familiar to multiple prominent members of the league, at the very least, it at least attributes to some affiliation. Team Meteor had writhed their way into two gym leader positions that we know of. So it's not impossible for their leader, with as strong as she is, it become champion to boot. ...I over-analyze this game, I'm sorry.
