And just so you know, to show them job applications, just stand in front of them, go to your items menu and use the application. That confused me when I first started this side mission.

Wont be for a while since version 9 was just completed a couple of months ago. Might be awhile depending on how hard Jan is gonna be working on it.

So I have started reliving my love for the game that is Undertale. Seriously, I have become addicted to it when a YouTuber named dookieshed did a top 10 Undertale soundtracks video. From watching playthroughs, to reading comics on Tumblr and DeviantArt, and even reading some fan fiction. BTW, some of these fan fiction stories are incredible. Try reading DoubleTale for example. It even has its own comic on DeviantArt that is just starting. Back to the topic, I was browsing the web when I saw a "What Color Soul Are You" Personality Quiz and was interested in what types you guys have. Here is mine if you want to look at it. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a connection. There have been many moments of NPCs mentioning the Reborn region, such as "Rare Candies" and stuff like that.

As for post-game, the only thing I can think of that will happen once you become Champion is the ability to access the Nightclub.
