cofagrigus is a good physical wall that can also take some special dammage with will-o-wisp,hex,curse,shadow ball,or you can substitude pain split for hex .combine with its mummy ability it can shut down most physical attaking pokemon.you can also go for a trick room set if most of your team is not that fast. theres always the old favorite miltank curse,milk drink,body slam,seismic toss. slurpuff with cotton gaurd light screen wish draining kiss or play rough. dusknoir is also a good choice since he is just a more bulky verson of cofagrigus he is also a physical attaker instead of a special one. There are better walls but in game this are some of the better ones .

hariyama max hp max attack with a black belt it manage to survive one a focus blast.then i hit it with close combat took over half it's hp.it took me out with judgment send in max attack max speed slaking fighting gem hammer arm took me 3 tries to beat it.

honchlrow with super luck and night slash is a good dark type also try breading bravebird into it to give it a good flying move to deal with fighting types since it can't learn acrobatics and peck and wing atack aren't that good.Getting abra to to evolve into alakazam might als be good it has booth great speed and special attack. riolu is an obvious choice you either go physical or special lucario booth of them are nearly as equaly good. arcanine is also an option it gets both outrage and close combat.

you're gonna need an ice type. avalugg with sturdy and avalanche or beartic with icicle crash dewgong is also a good choice because its good sp.defense. togekiss is probablythe most anoying one of her team with all of her attacks never missing and high flinch chance just get an electric,ice or poison type that outspeeds it with a togekiss only having 80 base speed it shouldn't be that hard. you might also need a steel-type or a poison-type to deal with her mega altaria or you can try too take it out before it mega evolves altaria has good bulk but it's very slow with only 80 base speed noiver might be able to take it out with dragon pulse (you might want to give it a dragon gem or plate just to make sure). For the rest of her team most ice types should be able to take care of them avalugg can one shot all of her team except maybe togekiss and that's mostly due to air slash being anoying.
