Hi All, I'm currently training up a Blissey because I need a wall on my team when I need to heal up. However, I'm running low on options on things to use. Here is what I have so far moveset wise: Blissey: Charge Beam Sweet Kiss Softboiled Minimize I would love to have Toxic and Seismic Toss on her, but I don't know if I can even get those. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get Blissey to have these types of attacks?

I did go into one of the houses in the Lapis ward and they said they were going to start the attack. It was at the intersection of 4th and another street.

So I am supposed to do the 7th street quest, however, I never did the quest with the Aqua Gang. I talked to the leader, and went to the run down house in Lapis Ward. It's night time, and I'm trying to fight the Magma Gang but whenever I talk to the magma people they just tell me to get lost. What am I missing here?
