When secondary electric type is added by Electric Terrain, Wacan Berry does not reduce the super-effective damage done by the moves that gain electric typing. Additionally, Garrett's Mega-Lucario has only 1 EV in speed, and none anywhere else, which makes this mon quite a bit more easy than likely intended.
