Man, people are roasting this guy >> . So I'll take a turn. Gotta say, when I first played this game when I was 10, I thought it was so awesome I almost died, then I played it as 12, I was pretty meh about it, but it grew on me, so don't you think it will do the same for you?

Trick question, because the cheapest and most reliable is probably movie maker 13 for those who don't have enough money to afford Sony Vegas Pro (like me). Unfortunately, I don't know any free video editing software that's... good, to say the least. Windows movie maker is fine if you already recorded your audio, and your video doesn't have a lot of editing in it. And the Youtube video editor is just... awful. So if you're willing to shell out about $19 for Movie Studio 13, it's worth it.
