"You don't know. You don't know the countless problems you have created for me, yet... I find myself saving you each time, because you're important to everything. Why are you so important? Who are you exactly? Why are you interfering? You weren't here the first time. Who put you here? What are you doing just standing there?! You have work to do! She's in front of Blakeory CO. So get to it!" - Madame X This is the plot-twist. These few lines really got my attention to the game. We don't know the problems we have created for the leader of team Xen... but we should, shouldn't we? We lived those moments in first person... so there must be something else to it. Something we did that seemed completely not correlated to team Xen... or that we will do. She could be speaking of facts that have happened in the future, of which she already knows the outcome. But thinking more about it opens up even more questions: - She is stating that we get saved by her every time. This implies that by saving us from death, she is changing the future timeline... so she wouldn't actually know for sure. Or can she see even the changed timelines as they get created? Or is this the actual true timeline? - But then again, the person that wrote the book that tells us about the "catalyst of destruction" says that he already witnessed the acts of the person that saves the world... so the right timeline would've already existed. Even without us. Right? Thinking about it in this way, the questions Madame X ask us ("You weren't here the first time. Who put you here?") seems a bit less strange. But she could also be lying to us, since in Melia's diary there's a line that said something like "Crescent said that if i don't go rescue [player], she/he will most likely perish." referring to the Blacksteeple Castle/Prison event. So we actually get saved by Tesla (in the very beginning), by Melia (and Nim), by Crescent (twice) and then by Madame X (even though she saved a whole city). So she is not an omniscent beeing, like Tiempa and Spacea, since she doesn't know who we actually are and why are we so important to... to what? It's pretty clear that we are interfearing and messing around with the timeline just by existing. There's even an instance where we can change the timeline by just picking up a single book. So is this why we are so important? This is all speculation from me, though. Don't take it too seriously. It's what my mind was going thorugh when playing v7. More will be uncovered in v8, hopefully. Whoever wrote the story for the game (Jan, I would assume), is doing a really good job. It's almost like reading a book.

Rejuvenation Ask Your Questions: Quests and Pokemon/Item Locations
Edea replied to Fumble's topic in Rejuvenation
Yes, Wooper is still available. I ran in a couple of them while searching for Slakoth for the pokedex quest-thingy. I guess they're just a bit hard to find. The HM for Strenght exists in v7, btw? I've searched everywhere, but I couldn't find it. -
Where do I go next? [REJUVENATION]
Edea replied to Jan's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Guides & Resources
Uh... did you guys happen to find the Hm for Strength anywhere in this version? -
Doesn't he have to reupload the game to those sites every time a new version comes out?
-
Probably that last 5% is Jan trying to upload the entire game on some website for us to download. Probably.
-
This is the exact location (just for reference): As Alicirno said, if you hacked the pieces in, the game won't like it very much, so it won't trigger any event for the Beldum.
-
It's not an issue on your end. Hopefully for V7 it'll be more detailed. Also, I have never seen a complete map for Rej.
-
Team that i'll be using: It's a well balanced team, but kinda slow. Only Gardevoir and Chandelure are able to outspeed stuff. Hence the bulky T-Waving Ampharos (and the general bulkyness of the team). Tangrowth and Mawile can be switched for Hariyama/Pangoro and Metagross/Aggron when needed. The same applyes for Swampert and Chandelure. I got Noivern just because... actually there's no specific reason. It's just a Noivern. And Altaria for the Perish Song-emergency button. In rotation

Oh, hey Jan, could you tell us what maps have you remodelled? I would like to check up those before moving on with the plot. Also will you be updating the first post in the Pokemon Rejuvenation thread? It says that only 4 gyms are available-
-
Jan said that he forgot to make the area accessible again after the sidequest. So it technically isn't a bug, but it wasn't intended either. He will get it fix'd for V7.

Oh, hey, I came back just in time for the 99% to 100%. Now that's lucky. I'll be here waiting ~

Ow, I wasn't making fun of you. It's just... the missing word was kinda funny... i-in a good way!
-
Let's play the "Guess the word" game: In all seriousness, it's just a small little writing mistake. Had me wonder for all kinds of word there, though.
-
I reset the game and the text changed at the third stone... uh... So yeah, I love bidoofs.

Have been going for a good 15 minutes now. Still nothing

You know, "personal preferences" in fan made games with a restricted variety of pokemon (especially in the first area of the game) shouldn't exist. You get and train pokemon for the occasion. Then it's up to you if it's worth keeping them or replacing them. At least that's how I see it. Found another bug (maybe...?) In the cave in Redcliff town, the puzzle isn't really working. It just tells me to go in a loop around the cave with nothing happening.
-
I just found a pretty annoying bug. In battle, if you select a whatever potion, get to the screen where you select the pokemon to heal, and then cancel to get back to the bag menù, it glitches the screen. Also your turn ends immediately.
-
How did you get it to Lv. 21 so fast? Was it your only 'mon? At that point i had 3 mons at Lv 17 each. There are reverse candies in the next town, just after the fight.
-
Elekid MIGHT have it as a held item. It's only a 5% possibility, though. And I don't actually know if Jan removed it entirely.
-
You get there to find Crawli for the gym battle with him. When they ask you which way you wanna go, say left. Besides, you can't evolve Electabuzz right now.
-
Not in this version. Maybe in the next one.
-
Name up to 3 pokemons you're going to use to face Reborn's champion.
Edea replied to Nivircity's topic in Reborn City
Typhlosion - High speed, high damage. Ampharos - Pretty bulky, good damage, can paralyze, high cuteness. Alakazam - He's got everything. Except cuteness. But I still love him. -
Nope; new entry here. Guess again Mde

I got all the card key shards and went to catch the Beldum in the wetlands. As soon as i caught it and the battle ended, this message appeared: After i clicked "OK", the game went on like nothing happened. What in the world was that?

Looking forward to that! I'm also hoping for those EVs reducing berries. Those would actually help a lot.
