Thank you very much, i didn't know that i need to talk to them in certain order.

So i defeated the 8th gym Radmus, and after I escaped Team Meteor I went to 7th street. But i don't know what to do in the the 7th street, I searched both caves, battled everyone, and bought some stuff but i can't do anything. Is some kind of event need to activate ? sorry for my bad English.
