Wow. While I was gone, this thread got quite a few posts. Yeah, most of these actually sound really good. I feel like most bipedal starters would work well (Blastoise, Feraligatr, maybe Swampert... gah, the list is too long.) I feel like there's plenty of options. Gallade seems like another really good candidate. As a Psychic-Fighting type, that gives plenty of options. One problem, though. Gardevoir would cause some... interesting photos if he/she was added. I don't want to think about it...

Zoroark definitely has potential. I like that idea.

That's funny, because me and my friends at school were joking about having Magikarp as an item, but when you throw it, it turns into a Gyarados and just straight up kills everyone. Ouch. Speaking of items, another idea I had was Metapod as an item. Every time you throw it, it gets harder, so that if you keep throwing it around, it can be used as a seriously damaging weapon.

I'm not the best at Smash, but I feel like it would be nice to have some more Pokemon. There's great potential for moves, and there's plenty to choose from. I, personally, feel like Machamp would do well in Smash. Considering the fact that only one of the Pokemon featured in Smash is a Fighting-type, and not even a pure one at that (not that that's a problem, Lucario's cool), it might make for a nice fighter (which makes sense). Anyone else have suggestions for this topic?

Here's my advice: Stock up on Pencil Rockets. I suggest going all out, and buying 3 or 4. Yes, they're 500 DP, but they'll help you in the end. Also, use PK Love, or whatever you said your favorite thing was, but make sure you don't spend all of your PP on it. Either save some to use on Lifeup, or if you have Magic Gelatin or Tarts, use those to refill your PP. I say not to let it dip below 15-20 points. If you run out of PP and Pencil Rockets, you should just beat up the Jealous Bass with physical attacks. I suggest going back to the Clayman Factory to get a Good Stick from the Squaking Sticks by the train station. It's got +27 Offense on it. You'll probably need to beat up a whole bunch, though, since the odds of a Squawking Stick dropping a Good Stick are only 5%. Plus, they drop regular sticks more frequently, which are worth 200 DP, and you can sell your Easy-Grip Stick for 1500 after you get a Good Stick. These statistics are from the top of my head, so I could be wrong. I'd look it up on EarthBound Wiki just to be safe. Yes, I obsessed over this game. There are tough parts, but if you power through them, you will be satisfied. Take my word for it.
