I'm stuck again... I beat the Cain's sister in Byxbysion Wasteland. I have no idea where to go now. P__P EDIT: I remembered where to go, under the bridge in Peridot!

So sorry for this guys. Thank you for your help! I don't know how I missed that green haired woman when I was in the Coral Area. This is also the fastest I've ever received help in a forum, amazing!

So after obtaining the first badge, getting clearance into Obsidian Ward I'm unable to progress. There are officers blocking my way, which I have not seen in any YT vids and can't seem to find HM CUT. This is where I'm stuck. Talked to every NPC I can find as well... Any help, would be greatly appreciated!
