  1. I just defeated the Fairy gym, and now I'm done with the main story for now, so I went out to finish some leftover quests. I went to the grand hall to open up the new Slums area by instantly paying the full price(I don't even know where I got all that money from, or is that a bug of some sorts?). After going there and receiving my application for Maxwell, I also got a GUM key, but I don't know what to use it for. Also, when I went back to the Grand Hall and tried to talk to the person again for buying other places, I was told to wait for it. Is there a time limit on it before I can buy the next piece? Should I just wait for this? For the GUM key, please leave a hint, and try not to spoil it too much thanks in advance!
  2. Just a small tip: the dive spot is hidden, don't look for it, read what the person on the dock is telling you(the guy who speaks about going into the lighthouse), and then search for where you think it might be
  3. where exactly is this clairvoyant located? I haven't seen her at all. About the lighthouse, you need dive, and one of the fisherman gives a hint as to how to get in. You just need to apply the hint he gives to somewhere else. I hope I didn't give away the answer too much with that, but I think you'd be able to find it with this. The reward is kinda nice, though I recommand bringing some pokemon with you that are strong vs water types(and 75+).
  4. If you want I can give you a tip for the lighthouse key if you want. Also, what medium are you talking about for the R key?
  5. I have some other water types available. The main reason for sticking to wailord was the fact that I caught him in the wild at 83(had to comman candy him down to obey me), and because of his huge hp pool. Other options I have for water are Clawitzer, Pelipper, Sealeo, Floatzel, Krabby, Squirtle, Totodile, Mudkip, Oshawott. Which would you recommand training? I knew I lacked some steel types, never really trained any prior to the fairy gym, so I just have a few options here: Mawile, Steelix, Klink, Beldum, Bronzor For fighting, I felt that Scrafty was sufficient, but didn't really know what else would be nice. Some other mons I have for fighting: Riolu, Makuhita, Timburr, Meditite, Tyrogue, Croagunk My game is rain-free atm, so I don't know if I should get hurricane anymore. If dragonpulse is a TM, I'd gladly replace it for fly, I just think fly is really useful for getting around quickly, and I'm a bit too lazy to keep switching :/ My main reason for getting Inferno was to get rid of certain fields, and for the burn, but I hardly use that move. His hidden type is Electric, should I still switch it? What other move would you recommand to get for him? Why would thunder wave be better in this case? I like discharge for the fact that it doesn't hurt the pokemon as much(I lose a lot of hp sometimes when using Wild Charge). I'm kinda looking for some grass types as well. these pokemons seem nice to have, but do you have some recommands for Grass? btw, I don't have all the time in the world, with college finals coming up again, I have some time now because of winter holiday, but that's about it :/ It doesn't matter that you're not the best, I'm kinda bad at team-building in pokemon games myself, as I only ever just looked at what moves were cool and strong hitting in the games that was, until I started Reborn
  6. Party: Drapion(77) - Sniper : Night Slash, Venoshock, Hone Claws, Cross Poison Wailord(79) - Oblivious : Surf, Waterfall, Bounce, Dive Noivern(69) - Infiltrator : Tailwind, Fly, Boomburst, Air Slash Rhyperior(80) - Solid Rock : Stone Edge, Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Rock Wrecker Typhlosion(80) - Flash Fire : Swift, Eruption, Inferno, Flamethrower Zebstrika(80) - Lightningrod : Flame Charge, Wild Charge, Discharge, Flash PC(reserves): Aggron(79) - Heavy Metal : Iron Head, Rock Slide, Iron Defense, Heavy Slam Ampharos(70) - Static : Cotton Guard, Signal Beam, Light Screen, Thunder Meowstic(f, 71) - Competitive : Extrasensory, Signal Beam, Sucker Punch, Psychic Scrafty(77) - Shed Skin : Rock Climb, Crunch, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch Amoonguss(75) - Effect Spore : Clear Smog, Solar Beam, Venoshock, Spore Donphan(75) - Sturdy : Thunder Fang, Rock Smash, Earthquake, Strength I caught the Ampharos from the wild and haven't used it in battle yet, so I haven't changed any skills on it, same thing for Amoonguss. Both seem like nice pokemon to have, Amoonguss for Spore, and Ampharos with a mega evolve seem nice to me. Note that I have to level some pokemon in this a bit more, seeing how I still have to beat the Fairy Gym. Also, I wanna change a few skills on some of my Pokemons(Swift for Smokescreen or smth on Thyplosion, and Dragon Pulse for one of the skills of Noivern for example), but I haven't gotten to that yet. I am looking to get a few more pokemon, but don't know which would be strong to fill those positions. What do you recommand to change for my team, or to try to catch somewhere and level to make my team a bit more well-rounded? P.S.: in case you wanna know, I caught the Ampharos at that level in the Jasper Ward, next to the police station in those grasses. The chance to encouter it is really rare, but you can get it this way after you come back to Reborn City after beatin Ciel in Agate Circus, and fly back.
  7. I can't find any empty houses in north obsidia?
  8. I'm not very good with teambuilding, so someone else may need to give a hand with that. Only thing I can say about that is that you need a couple of extra pokemon that are strong with their own types, so you have counters against every pokemon type. About the heart scales, get yourself a pokemon that can learn Thief(this is a TM, so you can give it to any pokemon, but Kecleon learns it at lvl 1, so you can already give him that with your heart scale). Next, go to Tanzen Cove(I believe you've already been there, correct me if I'm wrong). Fish using a Good Rod there to find a Luvdisc, and use Thief with your pokemon. The Luvdisc is low level, so it dies instantly, and you will steal the pokemons item(if it had any). Luvdisc has a 50% chance to spawn with a Heart Scale, so you can steal it if he/she has one. Make sure your pokemon doesn't have an item equiped when using Thief, so it goes to your pokemons item slot. Repeat this fishing and using Thief process to obtain infinite Heart Scales.
  9. 1. I found the item from the title in a cave in the north of the Iolia Valley, after using waterfall to get up there. What can I use it for? Is it for a quest or for something with renovation(haven't gotten to that part in the game yet, but I know it's a thing)? 2. I got this after getting the ring from the underwater village, but don't know what to do with it. Can I already do something with it before beating the Fairy gym? If you answer, try to spoil as little as possible, or at least try to keep in mind I'm not yet past the Fairy Gym, so if something can't be done yet with these items because I haven't progressed far enough, please let me know as well. Thanks in advance ^~^
  10. Where can I find him? I read somewhere that he is in Apophyll Cave, but I don't know how outdated this info is
  11. As you can probably imagine from the title, this is about the riddle from the clown in Agate Circus. I have been wondering which pokemon is meant with this riddle, and I was thinking of Stunfisk, but I wasn't sure. The riddle is: "A Pokemon that shocks on touch, And through no ability or such old hat, On whom Electric moves always fall flat." Is my guess correct, or can someone give an additional hint if it isn't?
  12. does this mean you can get items such as mega stones as well from pokemons? e.g. on saturday, there is a trainer in the Grand Hall that has a Blaziken with Blazikenite, can you get that Blazikenite as well?
  13. I just used spore from my Amoonguss to make him sleep, threw 1 Ultra ball and caught him instantly. Is the catchrate just really bad for others, or am I just lucky? Same thing goes with a lot of other pokemons as well btw. When I find one in the wild, I almost always can catch it with 1 ultra ball, usually without bringing their hp down. It doesn't work 100% of the time, but it sure applies to most of my catches. I was wondering if my game may be bugged with this, because it always is either 3 wiggles and catch, or 3 wiggles and not.
  14. my game is also stuck on rainy weather/thunderstorm only atm, but everywhere in the game(except for mountain, since it snows there). If anyone knows a good way to fix this, could they share it too for me?
  15. I haven't played the normal games since Diamond/Pearl so I am totally not known with Mega Stones, and didn't know this wasn't a thing. Thanks for clearing it up! And too bad that it doesn't work
  16. So I was wondering yesterday, after fighting against the trainers in the Grand Hall. Almost all of them had a mega evolved pokemon available to use. This would mean that the pokemon they were using were holding the Mega Stones for themselves. Now, I started thinking of the way to get Heart Scales: Get a pokemon with Thief, and use that on a Luvdisc to steal their item(50% of it being a heart scale). So I was thinking: wouldn't this move(Thief) allow you to steal the item that the oponent is holding(e.g. Blazikenite if you are fighting against the mega Blaziken)? The move allows you to steal the item the enemy is holding, and putting it in the item slot of that specific pokemon, if he isn't already holding an item. You get to keep the item after the battle with this move as well. I thought of this, but haven't tried it out yet(seeing how I don't really have a good pokemon with Thief that can outspeed a Blaziken :/). Would this trick work to get these Mega Stones at all, even if you can't use them yet? And if you think it might work, can someone test it out with a strong pokemon and post the results here?
  17. What levels do you recommand both to have? 78-ish? Also, would Aggron's Heavy Metal ability + Heavy Slam be useful for beating Addrien? I don't really know how strong this combo would be on his pokemon, because of the weight thingy
  18. I have trouble with most of them, but my mons aren't as strong as I like. I usually search for weaknesses of the pokemon I'm facing/gonna face and have a team with multiple STAB moves so I can plow through them. I heard that traded mons are easier to level, so I might need to switch to a traded one if I wanna level fast... :/ I think I can manage it by repeatedly beating the one trainer that is easiest per day, but it still won't be as fast as I like. Are there other good spots to train besides the clown in the circus and the trainers in the Grand Hall? Also, do you think I can beat Addrien with that team?(Aggron, and Drapion instead of Noivern)
  19. I managed to beat one, I just got really unlucky with that freeze. the yellow haired dude with persian, electivire, glaceon, gliscor and mega blaziken is the only one I am able to beat consistently without the help of pots. Haven't tried yet on other days. I use Rhyperior(77), Wailord(79), Noivern(67), Typhlosion(79) and Zebstrika(79) next to the Aggron/Drapion(with exp share). btw, is there an easy way to show all my mons with their levels and moves here? Because I also have a few in my box that I don't use for this fight, but that I have used for switching when battling other gyms.
  20. I was trying that, but I keep getting beaten... either my team is very weak, or I'm just not good enough :/ I could also just be really unlucky, getting my rhyperior frozen by ice punch just when I was about to finish of his electivire, then dying because of this, and losing 1/2 of my team any other suggestions?
  21. I'm currently having trouble with the fairy gym, mainly because I don't have any good steel or poison pokemon. So I decided to level an Aggron and a Drapion. I just have a bit of trouble trying to level them up quickly. Is there a nice training spot available to use to level them up? I am currently fighting with aggron and a lucky egg, and drapion with an exp share on the mountain, but it goes quite slow. Any tips?

  23. As you can see on the picture, there is a pokeball at the right top corner. I couldn't find my way to it, but is it possible to get to this ball at all?
  24. I found the F and the S houses, where can I find the K ones? I thought they were to the right of the swamp area, but couldn't find a way in
