What's the estimated release date of Episode 16?

Hi guys, i'm playing episode 15 and trying to get ralts. I have the corrupted poke ball and the magnet powder but the guy at the ball store ends the conversation after two sentences. Restarted game several times but it doesn't work. Has something changed lately? The only thing i noticed is that the ball is in the item bag and not in the pokeball-bag like in the youtube video...
