thanks but now, i bred a female feebas with Rest and a male psyduck with Scald, and when the egg hatched, the feebas only had scald, why? and how do i make a feebas egg with Rest and Scald?

I want to have feebas with the move rest, so i catched a sealeo with the move rest , and i bred a female feebas with a male sealeo, the egg hatched but the feebas only have the move splash. Why? Can anyone tell me how to make a feebas egg have the move rest?
