Appreciate everyone's help, I found the apartment and am progressing with the storyline.

I can't find the entrance. I joined the Aqua gang, the leader told me to go to 3rd and Dahlia, which afaik doesn't exist. I've gone to every apartment building in Peridot with carvahna in my party. What am I missing?
