    Alaris using a code to comunicate with me only means that, if not both, at least one of us is a town, but it doesn't have to necessarily be him. There isn't enough evidence to say thay he is innocent (or that he is mafia, for that matter).

    In case you can't deduce it from the title, the theme this time is mega evolutions introduced in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. The rules are: You can hurt (-2) a mega and heal (+1) another once a day. Votes have to be clear, the use of colors is preferred (hurt = red, heal = green). You have to hold a minute of silence for all those pokemon that deserved a mega but were never given one.     I don't know how it's usually done, but I guess it ultimately depends on if the people who posted the guides have the time and will to update them, and if they can't/don't want to do it then they should at least announce that they won't update the guides anymore so someone can take over, I guess.

    Pre-restoration you are either given one by Archie if you join the aqua gang and do a couple of things for them or you can fish for it in the water of the aqua gang alley once you defeat aqua gang if you joined the magma gang. Post-restoration literally everywhere in the city using good rod.
