    I don't know her. (now honestly umbreon's death was fair, no one was asked to downvote umbreon, those of us who hurt it did it because we genuinely dislike umbreon and we didn't want it to win this h&h) Sylveon wasn't winning because it was Ame's signature, Sylveon was winning fairly.

    It seems that right now if either cyndaquil or bulbasaur followers stopped hurting the other they would be dead in a few hours and their enemy would still be standing.

    Noooooo the option I liked was finally going to win a fair hurt and heal It's fine. I've learned enough about voting patterns, I think I have better chances of success in a future hurt and heal.

    @Progfan_r I think it doesn't, but after the restoration if you explore the lake a bit you'll find a cave only accessible using surf (you'll need dive too) where it has a bigger encounter rate (not by rock smash, just by walking in the cave as a regular cave encounter).

    Critical hits bypass the attacking stat debuffs, the defending stat buffs and screens/aurora veil, so it must be that.

    @Progfan_r Wild encounters in general are never affected by weather and rock smash encounters in particular aren't affected by the time of the day either. It just has a low encounter rate, so keep trying.

    Well, not exactly the same: there's a higher probability of a pokemon being shiny. I don't remember the exact numbers but shinys in reborn are significantly more common and the shiny sprites are also different from the official ones.
